ややかすれた高くて甘い声が魅力。
新曲はゆったりとしたテンポのものが多目で、前半がスロー・後半がアップテンポと、
MASTER ARTISTシリーズの中でもメリハリのついた構成です。

「フタリの記憶」
精神が極度に弱ると、時に励ましソングにさえ拒絶反応が出たりするのですが、
これはじんわりと包み込んでくれるような優しさと、辛い出来事も受け止める強さを貰える曲です。
また歌詞の一人称の「ボク」が新鮮。
曲の完成度も高く、ドラマの主題歌にもなりそーな雰囲気。
伊織の低音コーラスというレアなものが聴けるので、カラオケバージョンも聴き応えありです。
（MASTER ARTIST 07あずささんの「隣に…」と対になってるんですね。）

「ガーネット」
こちらもしっとり聴かせるタイプ。
いつもと違ったウィスパー気味の歌声とブレスにドキドキ。
ちょっと背伸びしたかのような可愛らしさもあります。

「i」
可愛らしい正統アイドル曲になってます。
確固たる自信を持ちながら、寂しがり屋で努力家な面を持つ彼女に合ってます。
アイドルとして成長した伊織、を歌っているだけあってか、これまでと歌い方も変えてありますね。

トーク部分ではマイペースなあずささんが暴走しがちな伊織を上手いこと操縦。
後半ではアイドル活動を通してちょっとだけ成長した彼女の心境も聴くことが出来ますよ。
それで、伊織の場合はっきりとプロデューサーの存在を明示してるんですね。
おかげでこのシリーズは、一プロデューサーの立場から楽しむこともできるんだ、って今更ながら思いました。
（…そう思って聴き返すとハラハラしっぱなしになりそうですが）

可愛さだけで押し切ってくるかと思いきや、いい意味で裏切られました。
ジャケット絵も可愛らしさの中にドキッとするような色気がありますね。

アイドルマスターどころか、Xbox 360すら所持していなかった私ですが、某所で釘宮病
ウィルスに感染してしまったのか、取りあえずMASTER ARTIST 08を購入しました。
数週間後、箱○とiM@Sが家にあったのは言うまでも無い事です。
