まずこの作品には2枚のDVDに3つのエクササイズが入っていますので一つ一つ紹介していきます。@まずは腹筋運動です。これは42分と今までのビリーの腹筋運動のDVDでは最長です。そして最高の出来だと思います。内容はまず立ったままの腹筋運動から、途中から寝ながらの腹筋運動と今まで(ブートキャンプとエリート)と変わりませんが本編(TAEBO AMPED)に付属している棒を使っての腹筋運動は新鮮かつキツいです。特に寝てからは本当に効きます。A次は下半身強化です。これは44分間あります。そんなに長くスクワットだけやるの?と思う人もいるかもしれないけど、そこはさすがビリーです。とても多くのエクササイズで飽きがこないです。今までの作品の下半身運動に加えてさらに豊富な内容になっています。B最後はトータルエクササイズです。これは45分間全身を鍛えるエクササイズです。これは45分と本編に比べると約10分短いですが内容はかなり充実してます。ブートキャンプ経験者の方は最終プログラムなんかを想像してしまい、本編より楽なんじゃないの?と思うかもしれないけど安心してください。本編にも負けないエクササイズでした。最後に今ビリーの作品のどれを買うか迷ってる人へ。ブートキャンプ、エリート、TAEBO AMPEDのなかで一番キツいのは正直ブートキャンプの応用です。しかしTAEBO AMPEDのほうが速く長い筋トレにより脂肪燃焼は出来ると思います。それに本編にこの作品をあわせることで、飽きずに色々なエクササイズを楽しめると思います。しかしどちらを買っても続ければ必ず効果が出ます。みなさん頑張って下さい。(ちなみにエリートはブートキャンプにもTAEBO AMPEDにも劣っているので必要はないと思います。)

Amped Basicのセットには腹筋や下半身集中の動きがないので、このセットは不可欠です。腹筋のプログラムはブートキャンプのものより動きにバラエティがあって楽しいし、下半身も初めてから10分くらいで効いてきます。
おまけのSculpt Expressはどっちかというと腕の引き締めに向いていると思います。
三つとも全てAmplifierを使いますよ。

リージョン１と言う事で、買おうかどうか迷っている方、
確かにリージョン１と、パッケージには書いてありました。
でも、家のＤＶＤプレーヤーで、見る事が出来ました。
どうしても欲しかったので、まあ良いか、と買ってしまったのですが、
映ったときは、流石にほっとしましたね。
ちなみに、東芝の、ＨＤＤ、ＶＨＳ、ＤＶＤのレコーダーです。
特に最新式のものではありません。取り説にも、リージョン２対応と
書いてあります。どうして見る事が出来るのかは分かりませんが、
迷ってる方は、とりあえず買ってみるのは如何でしょうか？
ちなみに、ＴＡＥ−ＢＯ　ＡＭＰＥＤは、リージョンＡＬＬでした。
当然見れてます。
