お家を開くと、真ん中にバルコニーのある吹き抜けのパーティールームがあらわれ、階段や床パーツを付けかえて、色々なレイアウトが楽しめる。森のおはなし冊子付き。

この商品はリニューアル版です。屋根の色が変わりました。また、遊べる面積が、前回の商品より広くなりました。基本構造は、前回の明かりの灯る大きなお家と同じです。

おうち本体へ電池を入れて、各部屋のスイッチを入れると部屋に灯りがともります。
本当の家みたいで感動！！

ただ、そういう電気回路になっているのは４部屋中、２部屋のみ。
回路が通っていない部屋には、別売りのライトセットで灯りをともすことになります。（なくても遊べますが）
どうせなら全部の部屋に灯りがともるようになっていればよかったのになぁ…とちょっと残念。

部屋の構造ですが、他のおうちのように全部前を向いている構造ではありません。
そのせいか、部屋のフロアが１つの大きな長方形ではないので、ひとつひとつの部屋が狭く感じました。
（家具を置くとすぐにスペースがなくなってしまいます。）

でも、そういう所が他のおうちにはない変わったデザインなので、娘はうれしいようです。
あと、パカッ！と家を開いて遊ぶので、最初に開く時にわくわく感が高まりますよ。

私は電気が２部屋通ってないことが気になりましたが、娘は大興奮なので、星４つです！

夏頃に3歳の娘の為に購入しました。

まだ不器用な為か、手を入れづらい構造になっており、
家具の出し入れや模様替えに苦労しているようです。
（幸い、本人はそれが面倒だとは思ってないようですが。）

理由は、他のお家シリーズよりも構造が若干複雑で
お部屋へのアクセス（？）が悪くなっているよう感じました。
また、安全対策、壊れにくさの為なのかもしれませんが、
柵や、階段などのパーツが非常にとれやすく
遊んでいる最中によくはずれているようです。

いっそ、屋根がはずれるような構造ならもう少し遊びやすかったのかな、と思いました。
ただ、子供はとても満足しているようなので評価は★★★としました。
基本的にはよい商品だと思うだけに、上記に揚げた点だけが残念です。

シルバニアはたくさんのおうちやお店が発売されていますが、
このお家は、オープン構造も影響して動線がいろいろ生まれます。
うちの三歳の娘は、
ほかのおうちでは、家具を配置するのを主に楽しみますが、
このおうちでは、家具の配置よりも人形同士をどう動かすか、どこでお話をさせるのかを楽しんでいるように見えます。
部屋に灯りがつくので、より楽しそうです。
窓をはさんでテラスから話をしたり、二階から一階に向かって話をしたり、
ドアや窓が多いので、そういった楽しみ方がしやすいのかもしれません。
広げるとかなり大きいので、遊ぶには場所をとります。

あとうちに届いた商品は、
テラスの柵が梱包ミスで別部分の柵が２つになっていました。
エポック社に電話したら、すぐ送付してくれるとのことでしたが、
柵は数ミリの大きさ違いで何種類か入っているので、開封したらまずは大人がチェックしたほうがいいと思います。
