『奏光のストレイン』の第12,13話(最終話)を収録したDVD7巻です｡
裏切りから始まった二人の兄妹の信念の物語の終幕です｡

STEP12｢リベルタッドの攻防｣★★★★☆
　渡邊監督の皆殺し節再来か！？敵艦特攻､敵メカ･トゥモールの艦内侵入から
　戦いは阿鼻叫喚の地獄絵図に｡シーンやカットが次々切り替わり､
　修羅場の脂の乗りきった作画､演出､楽曲とも非常にテンションが高く､
　その中で､なんとしてでも生き延びようとする彼らの真っ直ぐな生き様が
　強烈です｡また､艦内で襲うメカと人間との大きさの対比が秀抜で､恐怖感を
　煽るのに成功しています｡個人的にはあまりメインキャラに被害が及んで
　いないのが残念でした｡

STEP13｢ラスト･ワルツ｣(終)★★★★★
　自分の信じる道を貫いたラルフとセーラの物語の終わりです｡
　ややいいとこ尽くめながら､一人きりだった彼女が一人じゃなかったことに気づく
　絆の深さが温かく心地良いです｡広大な宇宙を大胆に使ったストレインの
　一騎打ちメカ描写は最高潮に達し､大画面に映えるまさに劇場版クラスの仕上がりが凄まじいです｡
　それと､今まで何気なく観ていたエンディング映像に隠された最後の仕掛けにも驚き｡
　まさか最初からそうだったとは･･･｡また､第5話でセーラを逆恨みしていた彼女が
　この2話とラストシーンでしっかり成長した姿を見せており､芸の細かい演出にも感心するばかり｡
　全13話終始､渡邊監督の執念と気合が滲み出た硬派な作風にすっかり魅了されてしまいました｡必見です｡
