中孝介の資質とその声が非凡であり、多くの人に感銘を与えることは間違いない。小生がこのＣＤを購入したのも、随分前に一曲彼の歌（「花」）をTVで聴いて、もっと聴きたいと思ったからだ。
アメリカにRaul Midonという超新星がいる。彼も世界中のあらゆる音楽に通じており、その1stアルバムでは、これでもかというくらい盛り込んだのだが、誰のものでもない、彼独自のuniqueな「世界」を表現している。
一方で、中孝介のこのアルバムであるが、01．花、025.Going on、05.Ave Maria　辺りはやはり素晴らしい。
だが、トータルとしてみるとき、中孝介の独自の「世界」が現れてきてないと思う。
・・・その責の一端は、プロデューサにあるのかも知れない。

”僕が歌うとこの歌はこうなりますよ”的なものではなく、
音楽を心底愛している中には、是非彼にしか表現できない”Atari Wold”を創造して欲しい。
期待してます。

まず、他の方のレビューを見ていて思ったのだが
森山直太朗が既にいたから評価できないというのは、あまりにも悲しすぎる。
どんな考え方で音楽を聴いてきたのか？と疑問に思う部分がある。非常に残念だ。

まだ無名な時に『それぞれに』を聴いたのだが、あまりの美声に聴き惚れてしまった。
元ちとせに憧れて独学で今の音楽に達したという中孝介の音楽・声は、どこか優しい。
また、詞・曲を提供してくれる人も著名人が多く、大変に恵まれていると言える。

そんな素晴らしい環境が作ってくれる中孝介の音楽が、聴く人を優しく包んでくれることだろう。
本当にこれからがとても楽しみだと思える。

そんな魅力の詰まったのが、このアルバム。

歌い手として大切な要素は、ワンフレーズを聞いて誰が歌っているかをリスナーが分かることだと思います。美空ひばりしかり、松田聖子しかり、そして中孝介しかり。

中孝介の声に含まれる倍音の多さが心地よさにつながり、素晴らしい個性を持った歌い方がその魅力を増しているように感じます。
言葉には歌詞を伝えるという役割がありますが、日本語の意味が分からない中国、台湾、香港でいち早く中孝介の存在を認めたのは、その歌唱の温かさがアジア全体の共有文化を表現しているからだと思います。
多くの文化が、海を越えて大陸と日本とを結び伝承したように、奄美大島をルーツとするシマ唄の中にはアジア圏全体を包みこむ心地よさのエッセンスが詰まっているのでしょう。

勿論ヒットした「花」も名曲だと思いますが、江崎とし子作詞・作曲の「それぞれに」がいいですね。人生につきものの別れは新しい旅立ちの始まりだ、ということをステキな歌詞とメロディに乗せて歌いあげています。メッセージを伝える歌唱というのは実に難しい作業です。歌心があって、それを見事に伝える巧さとが相俟って始めて心の琴線に触れる訳ですから。「なつかしゃ」の本質はそこにあるのでしょうね。

ラストに歌われる「家路(piano ver.)」は絶品でした。ステージで200回ほどコンビを組んできた黒木千波留のピアノとの相性は抜群です。ライヴと同様、一発録りの凄みがその歌とピアノからストレートに伝わってきます。人の心の奥底にダイレクトに伝わる歌の持つ力の凄まじさに圧倒された思いです。この曲を聴くだけでもこのアルバムの値打ちはあると感じました。
