このシリーズは一通り食べましたが一番甘さ控えめの味だと思います。
黒ごまを使ったお菓子には結構濃厚で甘いものもありますが
こちらはあっさりした甘さがほんのりした塩気にマッチしています。
玄米の香ばしさ、ザクザクとした食感も○。

甘いものが恋しい時には同じシリーズのフルーツ系や
チョコクリームの入ったタイプの方がいいかもしれません。
不足しがちな食物繊維、カルシウム、鉄、１０種のビタミンが
手軽においしく摂れて便利です。

お腹の調子狂わない感じ。3種類中、一番甘さ控えめで食べやすいです。ただ、クリームの味が薄いのでクリーム好きな人は他の2種がいいと思います。

１袋２００Kcal弱×２袋入り。
小腹が空いたときなど、１袋がちょうどいい量です。カロリーを気にせず、おやつとして食べられます。

サックリした歯応えで、外側のふすまの部分がなんとも素朴で良い。

中のクリームは黒ゴマの風味たっぷりで、それでいてしつこくない。このシリーズのなかでクリームチーズと並んで、あまり甘さを感じさせません。

お菓子感覚で必要な栄養素が摂れます。まさにおやつに最適です。
