大豆とホエイ混合でたんぱく質１０ｇ、この含有量で普通のお菓子のような美味しさと価格、個人的にはかなり気に入ってます。コーヒーにも合うし、いつもストックしてます。
残念な点は、脂質が９．９ｇも入ってしまっていること！まあこの美味しさを出すためには、仕方なかったのかもしれませんが、たんぱく質１０ｇのために脂質も同じだけ摂取されてしまうのはちょっと・・・
脂質摂取を抑えながらのバルクアップやダイエットには不向きですね。脂質が５ｇ程度になれば個人的に星５つ、と思います。

ちょっとパサパサしてますが、味はそこらのお菓子となんら変わりはないです。
でも蛋白質が10gなので、そんなのじゃ物足りない方には意味ないかも。
といってもキャラメルみたいなプロテインバーが嫌な人にはいいかも。

パリッとサクッとして感触（味）は普通です。ですが、結構水分持ってかれます・・・
しかも通常のウエハースよりも口の中に張り付いてくるので、飲み物無しではキツイかもしれません。いや・・ツライです。
飽くまでおやつですね。トレーニング直後には食べたく無いです。
