2006年9月22日、日本武道館。EXILEの新メンバーを募集すべく行われた全国オーディション「EXILE Vocal Battle Audition 2006 ~ASIAN DREAM~」のファイナリスト(最終審査)として選出されたJONTE(ジョンテ)は、その日13,000人のオーディエンスの見つめるステージに立ち、歌声を披露した。
最終的に栄光を掴むには至らなかったものの、彼が見せたそのパフォーマンスは、新たなる可能性の到来を確信せずにはいられない、そんな輝きを放ち、オーディエンスそして関係者に対しても強くその存在をアピールする結果となった。
人びと誰もが感じる「切なさ」を持ち前の卓越した歌唱力で伝えていく。

EXILE好きな私は、当然新ﾎﾞｰｶﾘｽﾄを決めるｵｰﾃﾞｨｼｮﾝにも注目していました。
TVでﾘｱﾙﾀｲﾑで結果が報告されていた時から、彼の唄声が大好きで。
すごく、心に沁みるんです。
優しいけど芯がある、色気があるけど嫌味じゃない。
今回のCDの収録曲はﾊﾞﾗｰﾄﾞばかりだけれど、その先がすごく気になるｱｰﾃｨｽﾄです。
心地良い唄声は、声だけでしっかり語っているのに、とても癒されます。
皆さんにも是非聞いてみて欲しいと思います。

ボーカルオーディションで出せなかったも
のを今回のデビューで出せてると思う。それを
見抜きサポートしたEXILEのHIROサンもある意味
凄いと思いますね。今回のデビューは物凄く楽しみ
です。

声質も良い。
