人気のル･クルーゼ鍋はどんなものかと試したくなり購入。色がきれいでキッチンが華やぎ、料理が楽しい。4人家族には20cmでなく、22cmにしたのは正解！！ 鋳物製なので、料理を鍋に残しておいても心配ないし、汚れは、驚き！スポンジのみでピカピカになるので、手入れがとっても楽。ステンレスだとスポンジだけでは、くすみますよね。
でも愛用のフィスラー(プロコレクション）と比べると、性能は劣ります。フィスラーは本当に無水調理できるし、弱火でもしっかり調理できます。ル･クルーゼは「弱火」にすると「弱く」なります。楽しさ、手入れの楽さで☆４つ。
