最初に感じるのは、あれっ・・・歌い方が少し変わったような。
ストレートになっている。（河村節は健在なのだが、あまりくどくない感じ。）
でいて、今まで以上に　感情的になっているような・・・

　曲も良いですね。。
バラードあり、ポップ調ありなんだけど、全体的にまとまっている。
なんとなく、全体的には　"初夏"　のイメージだろうか・・・
ほのかに暖かい　ような　さわやか　なような・・・
気持ちよく最後まで聞けた。

　そして、シンプルな演奏。。
やっぱ、歌声中心なんだから、演奏はシンプルがいい。
数曲、ご本人がギター演奏しているようですが・・・

耳に残るメロディが多くって、アルバムの曲が、グルグル頭の中で
流れています。

優しい感じのいいアルバムです。
この世界観は、河村隆一にしか作れない音楽でしょうね。
『誰の為でもなく君に...』をはじめとする、聞かせる曲は絶品。

LUNA SEA・Tourbillon・そしてソロ活動と、私はずっとRYUを見続けてきましたが、
『歌を歌う為に生まれてきた人』というのが実在するのを、本当に強く感じています。


ソロの時の魅力は、何時の時代でも通用するいい意味でスタンダードなナンバーだと思います。このアルバムではもちろんそんな曲もありつつ、飽きさせないつくりに。全体的にちょっと、大人な雰囲気を醸し出しています。そして、目をみはるのはボーカル!あえて抑え気味(良い意味で)で歌い、でも声量は半端なく出ていて…ここ数年で一番良いかもしれません。特に、低音が堪らなかったです!

葉山さん(Tourbillon)、INORAN、そしてLoveis…などの吉田美智子さんが参加しています。


やっぱり最高のボーカリストだと思います!一人でも多くの人に聞いて欲しいです♪

お！？って感じで爽やかに始まる葉山さんの「Landscape」。
「メルカトル・・」は大好きな曲調。１０年前と変わらない隆一がそこにいて、聴く度に嬉しくなるような歌。
「恋する花びら」　すごく素敵。幸せだーっていう感じの歌です。心地よいメロディーがいつまでも流れます。
「もう僕は」　吉田美智子さんの独特な世界を隆一が見事に歌います。
「Sunset」　INORANの作品。南の風のように軽やかなリズムとベースが効いています。
「飛べない鳥」　ともすると暗くなりそうな曲を素敵なアレンジで美しく仕上がっています。
「夏に降る雪」　心を奪われる歌。切なくて苦しくて・・理解しようとするのではなく心で感じる歌。聴く程に好きになっていきました。

迷っているなら聴いた方がいいアルバムですよ　おすすめです。
