私は筋トレの最近したくなってこのゲームを買いました。
今まで筋トレをやってきましたが、どのようにやれば効果的か分かりませんでした。
このゲームは正しい筋トレの方法を動画で解説してくれます。
筋トレやストレッチなどが数十種類とたくさんあって満足です。
しかもその1つ1つのトレーニングを角田氏自身が動画で3･4分程で解説してくれます。
字幕もついていて本当に分かりやすいです。
また、クールダウンの仕方などもあって本当に役立っています。
トレーニング時には角田氏が「１、２」とカウントしてくれて気合が入ります。
他にもいろんな機能がついていて買って絶対に損はしません。

中学生の頃の角田さんの写真を見たことがあります。
とてもひ弱な少年でした。それが今ではマッチョマンに。
人は変われるのだと感心したと共に、
どんな筋トレをしたのか気になりました。

そんな角田さんだったので、迷わず買いました。
まず、筋トレの解説が丁寧です。
筋トレを試す前に解説を聞き、イメージし、納得できます。
私はエアロビの経験があり、今は空手を習っているので、
筋トレの知識が多少あるのですが、
角田さんの解説は、わかりやすく、的を得ていると思います。
（正しいトレーニング、そしてどの筋肉を鍛えているか意識することが大切なんですよ。）
初心者の方には特におすすめです。
逆に筋トレをバンバンやっている人にとっては、当たり前すぎて物足りないかも。

筋トレ中DSを操作すると、
すぐ角田さんのカウントが始まってしまい、あわてます。
（DSを持ったまま筋トレできませんよね。）
その点星を減らしました。
もうちょっと使い勝手を考えて欲しかった。

大事なのは「やる気」と「根気」。
私も子供も楽しんで筋トレしてます。

常にトレーニングを欠かさない自分ですが、このプログラムで筋トレしたら、
初日から「筋肉痛」を感じました・・・それだけ使っていなかった筋肉が
効果的に使われたという事ですよね。この手の書籍はいくつも買いましたが、
やはり動画で、話し言葉で解説してくれるとポイントをつかみ易く、感覚的
に要領がつかめます。カウントがゆっくり目なので、これまでは自己流で
「数だけやれば良い」という感じであまり効果が出ないままやっていたものが、
「少ない回数でどれだけ効果的にするか」という「量より質」系のトレーニ
ングが出来るようになりました。
改良して欲しいと思った点は、「STEP１〜３」までが１セットになっており、
「STEP1だけもう一度」というような事が出来ないのは困りものです。ストレ
ッチなど片側だけやって別の運動に行ってしまうので左右とも出来ないのは致
命的なプログラム・ミスです。また、ボタンを押すと間髪入れずカウント開始
なので、ダンベルを持ってフォームを整える暇がありません！
良かった点は、「毎日筋トレ」モードで、プログラムの中から自分の好きなエ
クササイズを３つ選んで１セット組んで、それを３種類セットアップできる点
です。セットアップできる種類がもっと多かったら良かったのですが・・・。
全体的に「買って良かったソフト」だとは思いましたが、使い勝手という意味
でまだまだ改良点はたくさんあります。
