アルバムを聞いたあと憮然とした。まさかあのナートがディスコパンクみたいになるとは夢にも思わなかった。「erase the period」が入ってなかったので当初からイヤな予感はしていたが思い切り的中してしまった。非常にサイケデリックかつグラマラスかつダンサブル。ナートの音源を言い表す為にこんなバカっぽい英単語（というかカタカナ語）を並べる時が来ようとは。まだ「erase the period」さえ入っていれば救いはあったのだが、これでは１stを持ってるのに再発盤も嬉々として一緒に購入した小生がバカみたいではないか。

そして憮然としたままレコ発ツアーを観に行ったのだがこれが実に素晴らしかった。
サイケデリックかつグラマラスかつダンサブルではあるのだが非常にソリッド。
それ以降はこれはこれでアリかもと思えるようにはなってきた。

しかしやはり「erase the period」が入っていないので星は３つ。

ようやく、ようやく、NAHTが新譜を出してくれた！
もう約7年？ぶりだからねえ・・・ずっと出さないかと思ってしまった時もあった。
実際、想像できないほど苦労、葛藤があったのだろう。
これだけ時間が掛かるということは、そういうことだろう。

でも実際このアルバムを聴いた時、正直私は困惑した。
あまりにも以前と違う感じなので咀嚼するのに一ヶ月以上も掛かってしまった。
ピザのコンピに入ってた曲は割りとすんなりハマれたのだが・・・。

しかしこうやって馴染んでくるとやはりNAHTはNAHTだなって思う。
繊細かつダイナミックな演奏、ダンスビートのような音飾も新鮮で気持ちがよく、
相変わらず歌詞も壁をぶち破るような言葉が並んでいて非常に胸を打つ。
形は変わってもバンドのセンスは変わっておらず、その意味で「NAHTの表現の不変｣を感じて
それがなんだか嬉しかった。

ただ、これを初めて聴く人にとっては違和感ゼロで極上のロックを堪能できるだろう。
個人的にはここからまた浮上して以前のようにロックシーンの花形の一つになって欲しい。
圧倒的なセンスのシャワーを浴びせ続けてください。
そしてずっとこのバンドを続けて欲しい。

個人的に「Ill Beat Awakes」がツボ過ぎた。「Be Quiet!」が格好良すぎる。

これはほんとにNAHTなのか？と最初は困惑もしたが、よく聴けば間違いなくNAHTなのだ。
激変といえば確かにそうなのだが
Q & NOT UやBLACK EYES〜SENTAIの流れを考えると
個人的には極自然なようにも感じる

常に先手先手をうってきたからこそだせる余裕
個性的になる必要は無くなり、自然体でも何をしてもNAHTなのだというような自信と
ピュアな音楽的好奇心が生んだダンサブルなサウンドは
音楽を体感しよう！と呼びかけているかのようだ

ジャケ、ケース含めてずば抜けてかっこいい
