内容紹介

リスト=超絶技巧といわれるほど、リストは技巧的な作品を多く残しました。そして20世紀中頃、「ハンガリーにリストの再来がいる」と噂されるピアニストが現れました。それがシフラでした。ハンガリー動乱を逃れ西側に亡命し、完璧な技巧で各地で聴衆を唖然とさせました。ただし彼の魅力は技巧だけではありませんでした。テクニック一辺倒と思われていたリストの音楽に、豊かな色彩感や抑揚、うねるような表情を付け、リストの音楽が再評価される源ともなったのです。特に「ハンガリー狂詩曲」などは、彼ならではの世界。ジプシー音楽の原点をみるような名演です。

強烈ナリ。シフラ先生が大爆発しておられる。すごいよこれ。シフラ。こんなごっつい風貌で指も岩みたいな感じなのに、こんなにピャーっと弾きこなすとは。。

愛の夢についてだけいいます。
これは笑った。すごくて笑った。圧巻。ド迫力。そりゃ技巧だのスピードだのいろいろ言えるけど、聴けばとりあえず言葉を失い、そして笑う。でもね、結構聴けるのよ。一回限りのショー的演奏じゃなくて、結構聴けるのよ。ええ。

で結局のところ愛の夢を聴きたいなら、美しさ上品さ甘美さのボレット、情熱的で迫力のあるドライブ感と全体的にムラのないバランスのとれた演奏のワイセンベルク、そして強烈な技巧と超ド級の爆発的演奏のシフラ、この辺で決まりなんじゃないでしょうか。
