   人気ADVゲームを原作に、TVアニメも製作された『To Heart2』のOVA3部作の第2弾「あの夏、一番騒がしい海」。海水浴にやってきた貴明（福山潤）たち。その中に愛佳（力丸乃りこ）の妹･郁乃（神崎ちろ）もいた。“姉貴の保護者”を自認するシニカルな観察少女・郁乃の視点で見据えた世界観は、いつしか彼女自身をも巻き込み、その住人にしていく…。特にドラマチックな要素があるわけでもないにも関わらず、麦うーわら帽子姿で郁乃が動き出す後半部など、はっとさせられる瞬間も少なくない。もちろん海が舞台なので各キャラの水着サービスもふんだん。また前回に続き、今回も次回予告が秀逸で、今回は「お役立ち！るー語口座」でした。もちろん第3巻とは特に関係はない…はず！？（増當竜也）

今回の話は小牧愛佳、郁乃の話メインです。
少し悪い評価もある東鳩２ですが個人的には大好きな作品です。
前作TVは見てませんが（あの絵がどうも受け付けれん）これは確実に良い作品です。
しかも今回は場所が海！
かなりの期待モードです。
どうやらるーこも出るみたいなので確実に見たい所です。
東鳩2には水着のインベト無いのでかなり嬉しい作品になりそうですよ。
コメンタリーもあるので見終わった後も２度美味しい作品です。
良い出来なのを期待して星４つです。
１つは楽しみにしてる気持としてとっておきますよ。ｗｗｗ

AQUAPLUS原作 OVA｢To Heart2｣第2話を収録したDVDです｡
TVアニメ全13話に続くアニメ化第2弾にあたる本作｡
元々丁寧な作画のきめ細かさと魅せ方が格段に向上しており安心して観られます｡
昨今のTVアニメ延長上､続編OVAにありがちな適当な作りがほとんど観られず､
OVAという意味の大切さをあらためて感じさせられます｡
(総合4/10点)

第2話｢あの夏､一番騒がしい海｣★★☆☆☆4/10点
　小牧姉妹もお誘いして海水浴へお出かけ｡
　妹･郁乃の視点から貴明達の周辺事情(女性関係)を
　考察する魅せ方は面白いものの､夏の舞台を生かした
　季節感がほとんど感じられないのが残念｡サブタイトル負けしてます｡
　いつも通りのんびりした雰囲気はいいのですが､
　特出した出来事も無く､ただなんとなくで終わってしまい退屈でした｡

　今回の話は、主要キャラ達と貴明との関係に対する郁乃の品評と、一向に進展のない姉と貴
明の間を見守り、ダメ出しをする。そして彼女自身、最後にちょっとだけ心境に変化がみられる、そんな話です。当然の事ながら小牧姉妹がメインですが、他のキャラ（珠姉、るーこ、このみ）の水着シーンも作画の人の力の入り様はかなりのものですので、小牧姉妹ファン以外でもお金に余裕のある方は買っても良いのではないでしょうか。
　初回限定のオマケCDには、草薙コーチのボイストレーニングその２とささら＆まーりゃんバージョンの主題歌が収録されています。歌はまあともかく、ドラマの方はささら先輩のキャラがよく出た内容で笑えるので、ささらファンにはオススメです。（ドラマにはまーりゃん先輩はでてきません）
