井ノ原快彦出演のテレビ朝日系ドラマ「警視庁捜査一課9係 season2」主題歌の「ジャスミン」と、早稲田アカデミーCMソング＆フジテレビ系「VVV6 東京Vシュラン2」テーマソングの「Rainbow」の両Ａ面。
「ジャスミン」のほうは、優しく温かい曲調で、ちょっと憂鬱な気分をそっと癒してくれる、良質の応援ソングとなっている。
「Rainbow」のほうは、「癒し」よりももう少しパワフルな「励まし」を感じさせる、これも同じく、より力強い応援ソングとなっている。

この初回限定盤には、16ページのフォトブックが封入されているほか、カミセンとトニセンのそれぞれによる「ジャスミン」の別バージョンが収録されている。
同じ曲でありながら、バージョンが異なるごとに、全く別の曲として楽しむことができる。
カミセンの「ボサノバ・バージョン」、トニセンの「レイドバック・バージョン」は、いずれも「楽園」を感じさせるが、その楽園の種類は全く同一ではない。
なかなか楽しく面白い試みであり、ファンならずとも聞いてみて損はないだろう。

親しみやすいメロディーに前向きな歌詞。V６もだんだん大人になったなあとしみじみ思います。
いつも迷うのは通常版、限定版を全種類買うかどうかということ。エイベックスなのかジャニーズなのかさて、どっちの方針なのでしょう。でもやっぱり買っちゃうんだよね。最近KAT-TUNばっかりなのでおばさんファンにはぜひともV６にかんばってもらいたいものですわ。歌もいいし、ダンスも上手。
どかんと１００万枚とか売れてほしいなあー。

私は、試合前などにレインボーをよく聞きます。なんだかとてもつよくしてくれるいい曲です。ｖ６ファンでなくても楽しめると思います。

ジャスミンは、しっとりやさしい感じがして、レインボーとはまたちがったたのしみがありました。

２曲とっもいい曲です。
