　数年前、ギックリ腰になり、整骨院に通った。
そのとき、夏でも腰を暖めたほうが良いと言われ、以来腹巻を使っている。
　いろいろな腹巻を使ってみたが、ターボセルシェイパーは、薄手でありながらポカポカしてくる。体型に合わせた作りなので、まくれあがることもないようだ。
　ただ、ゴムのにおいがするのが、ちょっとマイナス。
