5年ぶりのソロ活動となる桑田佳祐の最新シングルは、壮大なスケール感あふれるバラードナンバー!
★失恋、日常での悩みごと、挫折…。くじけそうになって、後ろを振り返ってしまいがちな時でも、現実を受け入れて、自分を信じさえすれば必ず道は開けてくるはず…。そんな、誰しもが心に染み入るであろう、愛あふれ希望に満ちた曲。レコーディングに参加した人数は40名近くにものぼり、壮大なスケール感のある美しいバラードに仕上がりました。

山下智久・長澤まさみ主演のフジテレビ系 月曜9時ドラマ『プロポーズ大作戦』(4/16オンエアスタート)の主題歌として使用されます。さらに、エンディングに桑田佳祐本人が登場することが急遽決定!!毎回、ドラマの最後では桑田佳祐の歌う姿を見ることが出来ちゃいます!!

また、カップリングの「こんな僕で良かったら」は、本人も出演して話題の「アメリカン・エキスプレス・カード」CMに使用されているジャジーなナンバー。

久しぶりのソロシングルで，月９ドラマの主題歌というだけあって，サビの旋律もすんなり耳に入ってくる，一般受け狙いシングルである．
他の作品のレビューで，一般受けばかりを狙いすぎるとだめだ的なことを書いたが，この曲はいい曲だと思う．

世間的に良しとされているものを否定することで自分が上の存在だと思わせようとする人がいるが，いいと思うものは素直にいいと言うべきだと思う．

だから言います．この曲はいい!
サビのキーも高くなくて，カラオケでも歌いやすい曲だとおもいます．

いい曲で歌いやすいなんてサイコーだ!!

51歳にもなって、こんなにみずみずしい曲が書けるとは・・・
こっちは7歳年下なのに頭が禿げあがってきてるのに、うらやましいです。
ドラマの主題歌なので、小学生の娘と幼稚園の息子にも大好評、またファン層が広がっている予感。
桑田さんのいいとこは、新曲が常に名曲だという事です。

ドラマの内容にもピッタリの歌詞でメロディラインが素晴らしい。決していつも同じような感じの曲ではなく新鮮さがあり懐かしさがある。是非じっくり歌詞を見ながら聴いてみて下さい。グッとくるものがありますよ！！ドラマ見てる人は絶対買い！！ですね。
