最近ヨガを始めたのですが、ＢＧＭの有無でかなり集中力が変わってくることが分かりました。
何も聴かないで行うよりも、こうしたヒーリング音楽を聴きながらヨガを行う方が、
自分の内面を見つめることに集中できるし、
ヨガが終わった後にも何故か頭と心がスッキリしています。

このＣＤには、オリエンタルな雰囲気がたっぷりの楽器が使用されており、
他のヒーリング音楽を使用するよりも、すっとヨガの世界に入って行ける気がします。

ヨガをしない時でも（読書中とか）、これをＢＧＭでかけていると、
外界から遮断されてその行為に没頭できるので、その点も気に入っています。

メディテーション(＝瞑想)。
まさにその言葉通りのCD。
少し心が落ち着かなかったり、思考が疲労した時に聴くと、スゥーっとすべてがほぐれていくような効果を感じます。
エスニック調な音が癒しと元気の源を与えてくれます。

メディテーションCDながら、普段かけっぱはしにしているお気に入りのヘビロテCDです。
ヨガをするもよし、瞑想するもよし。ただ、トラック5はリラックスにはあまり向かないです。リズミカルなので。
でも全体的に好きなアルバムです。聴いていると様々なイメージがわいてきました。神秘に包まれた存在、インド、香、仏教、自然、夕日にキラキラ光る海...また個人的な体験としては、トラック4を聴いていたら、意識が解き放たれ、心がふわ〜っと広がる感覚がありました。
こういうスピリチュアルCDはショップにあまりないと思うのですがこれからも増えていって欲しいです!
