第23話　微妙なライン
　こなたとゆたかが風邪ひいてゆい姉、ひより、パティがお見舞い。
　ゆい姉の「むねはもめば・・」からのひよりの危険な妄想。
　ひよりの本のネタ話。
　今回のみなみはみゆきの母にいじられまくり。みなみ萌えの回。
　まったりながら爆笑なネタが増えた感があります。
　らっきーちゃんねるに残る一人お待ちかねのお方登場・・・声がっちっせぇぇぇ！！

第24話　未定
　最終回、陸桜学園の文化祭「桜藤祭」の話。
　みなみ、ゆたかのヅカ衣装。箪笥にこだわるみゆき。田村兄のちから。
　あのメンツでOPのもってけダンスを桜藤祭のオープニングの出し物にします('-'*
　みんなで一緒に何かをする最後の文化祭。達成感、楽しさ、一緒に貴重な一瞬を
　伴にする喜び、後の寂しさ・・誰しも持っている色あせない思い出、宝石のような宝物です。京アニさん・・そうきましたかｗ

　脚本の良さは目立ちますねー。
　曲の入り方、表情のタイミングなどの味付けは監督の力ですね。
　通常版買ますかー

角川書店･月刊ゲーム雑誌コンプティーク連載/美水かがみ原作の
｢らき☆すた｣TVアニメ第23,24話(最終話)を収録したDVD12巻です｡
サブカルチャーに精通している人ほど笑えるネタはそのままに
天然とオタクなメンバーの下克･･･いや､祭りは終焉へ｡
その手の話題についてこれない人はわかりにくいのでご注意を｡
しかし､日常のほんのささいながら共感できる話題も満載でゆるりと楽しめます｡

第23話｢微妙なライン｣★★★★☆
　崩壊したらっきー☆ちゃんねるにゴトゥーザ様降臨!?
　特攻服と木刀片手に二人を仲裁するみくる姉さん､素敵だ｡
　　(※ちなみにこれで涼宮ハルヒのメインキャスト総出演完了)
　今回､特に見た目と裏腹なみなみのお茶目さと､同人作家として腐りきった
　ひよりの本性が丸裸｡こなた､パティや泉そうじろう共々オタクと普通の
　線引きが良く判る物語です｡あと､あの動画サイトのコメント形式まで活用されて驚き｡

第24話｢未定｣★★★★☆
　原作者･美水かがみ脚本でお送りする第十六回桜藤祭｡
　パティの発案で一堂は結集し､物語はOPチアへ帰着します｡
　｢ハレ晴れ｣を越えるフルver.は一見の価値ありですよ｡
　祭りの準備に追われる風景はなぜか寂しく､恥ずかしさの中で見せる
　その優しさと皆で一つのことに打ち込む姿はどこか温かいです｡
　また､本編とらっきー☆ちゃんねるが初めて競演する点も要注目｡
　最後の最期まで遊び心とパロディネタ満載の楽しさ溢れる仕上がりになっています｡

　最終話は文化祭、魅せてくれた。
二度と振り返ることの出来ない文化祭を、慣れ親しんだ女
の子キャラ達が通過していく。
どたばたしつつも最後までキャラ個人個人の魅力や属性の一貫性を失うことなく、
文化祭の準備シーンやリハーサルで動き回るキャラクターをみていると、
こっちまで“あー、これっきり一度きりなんだなー”
という気分になってくるわけだ。
これはやっぱり最終回の御利益なんだろうか。
最終回をみている自分達も、こなたやかがみ達も、
この文化祭を通り抜けるのは一度きりなのだ。
引き返せない文化祭、皆で思い出をつくろう、
一つのものをつくろう、
と汗をかくキャラクター達の姿が生き生きと描かれている。
『らき☆すた』はグラフィックの精度的に『ハルヒ』に及ばないけれど、
ストーリー立てや表情づくりで一回きりの文化祭をちゃんと疾走出来るてるんだなと感心した。
チアリーディングの企画から練習に至るシーン、
リハーサルの気分、汗、先生からのジュースのおごり…
こういう出来事は絶対にリピートできっこないし、リピートしないからこそ、
これらには掛け替えのない意味と思い出と体験が宿るわけだ。
萌えキャラである彼女達が、一回きりの文化祭に全力で飛び込み、
高校生活最後のひとときを(なんやかや言いながら)創っていくシーンに、
おっさんな僕は不覚にも感動した(し、おっさんらしく、
自分の学生時代の文化祭やらなにやらの回想にも浸ることが出来た)。
オタがDVDをリピートしようがしまいが関係なく、
こなた達は戻らぬ瞬間を駆け抜けてゆく。
