Blu-ray版を待っていて良かったです。（2層　AVC　リニアPCM)
以前から気になってきた作品。クライブ・オーウェン、ジュリア・ロバーツ、ジュード・ロウ、ナタリー・ポートマンと、好きな俳優が勢揃い。
加えて大好きな街、ロンドンが舞台。ロンドンとゆうだけで観てしまう作品が多いですね。
多少グレインがのるのは、フィルム撮影だからだと思います。私はメリハリが有って、高画質だと思いました。もっと、ヒューマンドラマ系タイトルをBDで出して欲しいですね。

内容も非常に良く出来ている。続けて2回観てしまいました。確かにストーリー性が低いと言われれば、そうかもしれません。これは欧州系の「何かを感じる」系の映画だと思います。
何より主演の4人がとても良い。

R-15とあります。過激な描写はないのですが、作品としては「R-30」位です。ある程度の修羅場を体験していないと、つまらなく感じるかも。
＊恋人と一緒に見ない方が良いかも知れません。

４人の男女の４角関係、監督マイク・ニコルズと来れば、直ぐに連想されるのがニューシネマ時代に生まれた傑作「愛の狩人（Carnal Knowledge）」。案の定、この映画、２１世紀版「Carnal Knowledge」というべき傑作だ。基本は下半身で考える男と上半身で考える女の、永遠のすれ違いを描いているわけだが、ここにナタリー・ポートマン扮する、そうした男の特性を利用することを生業としてきた女が絡むことで話に一層の深みが増している（特に恋人に最後まで本名を明かさなかった、というところがポイントで、ここを見逃すと訳の判らない映画になってしまう）。ジュリア・ロバーツが旦那に向かって発する言葉が真実なのかどうかを含めて、見る立場によっていろいろな解釈が成り立つところが面白いところで、見終わってから何回でも反芻したくなるような映画――即ち優れた映画の条件を揃えている。ブルーレイ盤はソニーらしい高精細で微妙な色遣いのニュアンスを出し切った素晴しい画像。音声はＨＤ盤としては貧弱だが、音響で見るタイプの映画ではないので全く問題はない。
