どこかでWithin Temptationのシャロンの歌声を聴いて、どうしてもこのアルバムが欲しくなり
いても立ってもいられなく、購入したのですが、このアルバムはどの曲もハズレがない！
こんな例え方ではいけないのだろうが、完璧です！！どの曲も完璧！
この歌声を聴いたら、そしてこの壮大な音楽、何を取っても完璧！！
このアルバムでには、いくつもの物語がある映画のようなアルバムです。
シャロンの歌声は澄み渡り、心を満たしていってくれます。いくつもの感情が溢れでる素晴らしい逸品です。

　ゴシック・メタルと言われていたりもするが、実際は自然体で気持ちよく聴くことのできる美しく壮大なシンフォニック・ハードロックである。アルバム全体に壮大なストリングスとクワイアが施されており、また天から降り注ぐかのような優しく歌い上げるSharon Den Adelのヴォーカルは時にKate Bushを思わせる。
　とてもメジャー感溢れる曲ばかりでビルボードチャートに顔を出してもおかしくない。事実ヨーロッパではとても有名であり、出自であるオランダでは10000人の観客を目の前にして、2005/7/22に壮大かつ美しいロケーションの中ライブが行われる予定だとか（2005/6/12現在）。
　個人的には全編同じ曲調（トーン）なのが物足りなさを感じさせるが良質な曲ばかりなので贅沢といったところ。フルオーケストラ＆クワイアでライブをやられたら鳥肌ものであるのは間違いない。

オランダ出身のゴシックメタルバンド。最新作。
このバンドは本作で初めて聴いたが、こんなに素晴らしいとは。
エヴァネッセンスよりいい音楽だし、もっと商業的に大成功しても、全然不思議ではないのだが、ゴシックメタルで出身がオランダというのも日本では、あまり知られない理由だろう。
単なるゴシックメタルマニアや女性Ｖｏのメタルファンだけに注目されるっていうのは非常にもったいない。
逆に言えば、メタルらしくないと言われそうだが、このアルバムのクオリティーは素晴らしすぎる。
全曲好きだが、オススメは4曲目！
普通に売れ線が好みの音楽ファンにも、十分アピールできると思う。
もちろんメタルファンにも聴いてほしい。
