短い骨と長い骨をつなぐ部分は接着剤でとめてあるようで、数回の開閉で取れてしまいました。折角この値段で買ったので金属用の接着剤を自分で買ったらもったいと躊躇しました。

グリップは硬めです。
16本の骨があるので当然ですが重いです。女性でしたら片手で持つのはもちろん、両手でも長時間の使用はつらいと思います。（風が強い日でもひっくり返りにくいでしょうが、風の抵抗でさらに重く感じました。）
縫製は丁寧とはいえません。
骨が多いので骨と骨の間の距離は短くなりますから、巻いても太いです。
実際に店頭で見て定価だったら買いません。

「少々太くても、重くても、ひっくり返らないならＯＫ」という方にはいいかもしれません。

大雨の日に初めて使ったところ、布地の複数箇所から染みてきた水滴がポタポタと頭や肩に落ちてきてびっくり。柄の部分も水が伝って落ちてきて持っている手がぬれてしまいました....。100均の傘は骨組みはちゃちですが、雨に濡れずに済むという点ではこの傘より優れているかもしれません。他にも同様の報告をしている方がいますので中国での生産か国内販売業者の品質チェックのいずれかまたは両方に問題があるのではないでしょうか。

同社の１６本骨傘（別の色）を2006年5月に購入。
見た目には優越感に浸れましたが、使い勝手で難点があります。
・柄が曲がっておらず長いので、畳んだ時に邪魔。
・柄がラバー加工で、使って１ヶ月で剥がれてしまった。
・縫製が悪く、強い雨の時には骨を伝って雨が滴り落ちる
　→骨に浮いた錆が生地に移ってしまった。
２００７年バージョンでは改良されていれば良いのですが・・・
