同型の他の色と比べるとかなりメタリックです。
実物は写真と比べるともう少し暗い色に感じます。
深いブラウンで光が当たるとキャッツアイの様に明るいブラウンの筋が出てキレイ。
レバーは軽く押せ腱鞘炎の母にも好評でした。ですが、中栓の開け閉めは力が要ります。
家族でサーモスの携帯マグ、JMK-350を愛用しているのですが大きいサイズの
JMK-500を購入しようとをのぞいたら2008新春バリューセットを発見。（すでに終了）
JMK-500、ECAマグカップ2個とTHJ-1500Cのセットでした。
ほしかったのは他の2点でこのポットは入ってるから使ってみようか位の気持ちでしたが、
保温、保冷はもちろん、持ちやすくデザインもよく、結露しない、しかもコンパクト。
使ってみないと便利さってわからない物ですね、おすすめです。

色がステキです。
ただフタを分解して洗った後、組み立てがめんどくさい。
もっと簡素な作りだったら衛生的にもいいかも。
子供の運動会に持って行って使ったりもします。

三人家族にはこれくらいがぴったりです。
冬には何度も熱いお茶を飲むので朝と夕方二度お湯を沸かしていれていましたが、いつでもあつあつでした。
取っ手も持ちやすいし、大きさが絶妙で邪魔になりません。とても気に入っています。
