ＧＸ−０２との違いは、

・太腿が合金化され、ＧＸ−０２より太く逞しい造型となった。
・首が上を向ける様になった（飛行ポーズ可）。
・前腕、脛、足首の色がリニューアルマジンガーＺに近いものとなった。
・スクランブルダッシュが劇中イメージのものとなった（飛び出しギミック廃止）。
・畳んだ状態のスクランブルダッシュが新たに付属となった。
・ＧＸ−０２とは形状の異なるグレートブースターが付属となった。

といった所です。

太腿の造型変更が効果的で、プロポーションはＧＸ−０２（太腿が細いのです）より
格段に良くなっています。グレートが好きな方は見惚れてしまう事でしょう。
が、かっこ良くなった反面、足の付け根がＧＸ−０２より動かないという問題点も。
スタンドで浮かした状態でない限り、仁王立ちしか出来ないと思った方が良いです。

ディスプレイモデルだと割り切って購入すれば満足できる商品だと思います。

リニューアルといっても、マジンガーZほど大きく変更はされてません。
むしろ、Zと比べて定価が据え置きなのはありがたい配慮です。
Zのバージョンアップに伴い、兄弟機であるグレートもバージョンアップしてくれるのは実に嬉しいですね。
