C版のサントラを持っていないファンなら迷わず初回限定盤の方を買いましょう。
初回盤は新作BGM以外にPC版からの既存曲も入った（ほぼ）完全版な内容となってます。

PC版のサントラはわざと？全曲収録した物にせず
イベント限定で残りの曲が入ったCDを発売するという不完全なものでした。
その気になれば二枚組で出せただろうから音楽会社の意向だったのではと。
けれど今回のサントラではPC版のサントラ(DISC2枚目)、イベント販売CD(DISC3枚目)
が収録されておりFate/stay nightの音楽はこの一枚でOK！という内容に仕上がっています。
(PC版主題歌「THIS ILLUSION」、リミックスBGM「EMIYA#0」は収録されていません。
前者はマキシが発売、後者はリミックスCD「Fate/another score」に入っています。)
逆に言えばPC版サントラとイベント販売CDを持っている方は通常版で十分かもしれませんね。
私は両方持ってますが初回盤を買いました。
やっぱり一つにまとまってるのは良いことです。

新作BGMについてはまだ詳しい感想が書けるほど聞き込んでいませんがなかなか良いと思います。
「二人の王」なんかがお気に入り、「黄金の王」よりギルのイメージにあってるんじゃないかと。
(しかし「黄金の王」は逆にギルのシーンでかからなかったような…
PC版未プレイの人はなんでこんなタイトルなのかよくわからないんじゃ？)
作中印象的なシーンで使われていた挿入歌「夢の終わり」がじっくり聴けるのも嬉しいです。
ブックレットに歌詞は載っていませんが、日本語訳は書いてあります。

ちなみに付属のカードは新規CGを使用した士郎、セイバー、凛、桜の全4種のもようです。

PS2ソフト「Fate/stay night【Realta Nua】」作中で使用された全楽曲(59曲)を収録した限定版サウンドトラックです。

PS2版での追加曲(DISC 1収録)は24曲。(内「黄金の輝き」「Link」はショートVer)
PC版での使用曲は25(DISC 2収録) + 10(DISC 3収録)曲。

全曲入りの初回版が3800円で追加曲のみの通常版が2800円ってちょっと通常版高くない？と思っていましたが、
実は追加曲だけでもかなりのボリュームでした。ナメてましたすいません。
PC版で既に全体的に良作が多かったのですが、PS2版追加曲も「Burst Up」「根源の龍」「蘇る神話」「Mighty Wind」「Sorrow」...と、
勇壮な曲、悲しげな曲、おどろおどろしい曲、実に様々な良曲があり、DISC 1単体でも十分な価値があります。

しかし、「into the night」「THIS ILLUSION(piano ver.)」「約束された勝利の剣」「エミヤ」と言った名曲全て揃えてこそやはりFate。
正直＋35曲で僅か1000円の差はかなり美味しいので、PC版サントラを未所持の方は残っている内に初回版の購入をお勧めします。
(ただし、PC版サントラに収録されていない「丘の上の教会」「嵐の予感」「ローレライ」等が初回版DISC 3に収録されているので、
「あの曲が欲しいのに入っていなかった！」とお嘆きの方は改めて購入し直すのもよいでしょう)

なお、PC版テーマソング「THIS ILLUSION」「days」は残念ながら未収録。
PC版サントラを未所持でPC版のテーマソングも欲しい方は一緒にマキシシングルも買いましょう。

Fateの音楽が全て詰まった初回版。
曲を聴くだけで名場面が次々と思い出されます。PS2版での追加曲も
蘇る神話、最後の力、Sorrowと秀曲が多いです。移りゆく季節
（Realta Nua Ver）はシリーズ最高の仕上がり。
しかしながら、リピート＆フェードアウトという『完全なBGM』構成
が多く、起承転結のある１つの楽曲として各曲を楽しみたいという方には、
・score-super remix tracks(ジェネオン）
・WHITE AVALON（WAVE※同人）　等
をコレクションに加えてみるのもお勧めです。
