ビリーバンドがついてないけど、普通の人はビリーバンドはなくて十分。っていうか、最初はなしでも十分ハード。あとで欲しくなれば、類似品を購入できる。
まずは、筋トレよりも、この動きになれて、スタミナと体のキレを身につけること、そして汗をいっぱいかいて体の毒素を出せば、美容にもいい。
（肌のトラブルがずいぶん解消されましたよ。マジ）
従来の3枚分が2枚にコンパクトに収まっている。まずはこれから！
日本語字幕なんてみている暇ないから英語がわからなくても英語版で十分。
僕は子どもが寝てから、音を小さくしてやっているので、どのみち英語もあまり聞こえない。

パッケージの表紙にincludes 3 full workouts とあり、MISSION 1:GET STARTED , MISSION 2:MAXIMUM POWER , MISSION 3:ROCK SOLID ABS が入っていることが示されています。構成は２枚のDVDで、M１が４３分、M２とM３で併せて一枚のDVDで７１分になっています。２のダンベルを使ったエクササイズ8分と３のextra workout ８分も含まれています。Billyのアイテムで有名なのが、ビリーバンドですが、あまり紹介されていないところでは、今回のDVDでもBillyを含めた何人かが腰に巻いているベルトもキーポイントと思われます。日本ではデサントのコウノエベルト（ DAT8505）があり、Billy's Bootcampのようなエクササイズトレーニングの時には下半身の安定感を強化し、効率を高めると思います（参考まで）。２００５年版（テレビで宣伝されているバージョン）でもBasic Training & Ultimate Bootcamp (2pc) (Slim)があり、ボーナストラックも入っていたとありましたが、２００６年版（いわゆるブートキャンプの第2弾で最新版かつ続編、シーズンELITEともいえる）でも同様のfull packageといえると思います（各単品と細部を照合していませんので全く同じと断定はできません）。各論は各単品にレビューされているように続けやすい内容になっていますし、英語も全く気にすることはなく画面を見てまねをするだけで、汗だくになります。

Billy's Bootcampを２ヶ月ほどやって楽しかったので「じゃ、ELITEも！」とやってみました。
私は１枚ずつバラ売りのを購入したので、Missionが３つともパックになってこの値段というのはかなりのお買い得感を覚えます。
しかも、これまためちゃめちゃ楽しいです！

BBCよりもテンポも速く、負荷も高いのですが、それがまたイイ感じの達成感があります。
出演者達もヘロヘロな時があり、「あぁ自分だけじゃないんだ」みたいな不思議な連帯感を感じるのもなんとなくオモシロいところです。

BBCもそうですが、このDVDはダイエット目的で買うよりも健康増進のためのフィットネス目的で購入する方がいいと思います。
体重は減ってない時期でも実は身体がキレイに絞り込めているようで見た目はかなり変わってきますし、ずっと運動しなかった乾燥肌の私なんですが、これやるようになって発汗がよくなるせいか、お肌がもちもちになりました。

仕事から帰るのが遅いと３０〜４０分やるのはたいへんなんですが、各Missionの最後にはExtra Workout（８〜１０分）のオマケがついていますから、忙しい時にはそこだけやったりなんかもしています。

いろんな意味でオススメの２巻セットです。
