一応これだけ気付きました。はっきり言って隠し球団と選手能力以外は全部一緒です。熱チューの時から毎回買ってますが今回は新鮮さはあまりありません。

このシリーズのライバル的位置づけである「プロ野球スピリッツ４」を先にプレイ、
それからこちらをやりましたが、やはりこのゲームのほうが現実に近い気がしました。

モード的にも内容的にも前作と大差が無いようです。
実況と解説ぐらいは変えてほしかったです（三宅アナ良かったんですが…）。

投打の操作に関しては断然プロスピよりも熱スタだと思います。
投球は、メーターを外すと変化球が甘いコースに入りほとんど変化しなくなる。
打撃は、打球が球種によって色々（縦スライダーやシュートにつまって内野ゴロや、
フォークが甘く入ると簡単にスタンドへ、など）変化するところが素晴らしいです。
どちらかと言うと熱スタは駆け引き重視だと思うので、データを参考にして
この投手はこのカウントではこの球種が多い…と予想しそれが的中！ホームラン！
というのがお好きな方は熱スタをオススメします。
そういうのよりも単純に野球ゲームを楽しみたい！という方はプロスピで…。
（個人的にプロスピの実況・解説はどうも棒読みで嫌でしたが…）

個人によって好みが分かれる作品だとも思います。

　熱スタ自体は、ゲームバランスも良くて、そこそこ楽しめるのですが、毎年購入している私にとっては、2006年版とほとんど変化もなく、全く目新しさがなかった。
　例えば、阪神の藤川投手の手元でホップするストレートの再現など、新しいチャレンジが欲しかった。
　ファミスタモードに関しては、打球が飛ばなさ過ぎて、ゲーム感が失われているように感じました。（2006年版の方がバランスがよかった）
　また、ファミスタモードも自由に選手やチームをエディット出来るようにして欲しかった。
