CD店で試聴しました。川井さんの事はあまり詳しく知りませんでした。テレビで見た事のある、美人バイオリニスト? ふうーん、どんな音なんだろ、、と始めは冷やかし半分でした（すみません）。結局、衝動買いしました。3500円はCD2枚組が買える値段ですが、こちら1枚でも16曲は量的に十分な気がします。もう1枚はDVDで2曲、着物とドレスのステージ演奏が入ってます。川井さんはDVDも何枚が出ているようなので、CD＋DVDでこの値段はよく考えるとお買い得かもしれません。音、旋律、ビジュアル、の三方向から川井さんがわかるようになってます。作品は１つ１つの曲想が際立っており、それぞれにこめられている情感、表現がリッチですね。多面性、多彩さを感じます。全16曲中、10曲が彼女の作曲によるもの、というあたりが川井さんを正しく認識するヒントかもしれません。これから川井さんを聴いてみたい人にはベストな一枚でしょうね。

　口を半開きにしてヴァイオリンを奏でる没我の表情。曲にふさわしい着物やドレスの艶やかさ。川井郁子さんは、本当にステージ映えのする人ですね。彼女がとても色っぽく見えた１０分ほどのＤＶＤ、「花音（かのん）」と「ザ・ヴァイオリン・ミューズ」を弾く姿を捉えたＤＶＤ（2007年１月29日　Bunkamuraオーチャードホールにて収録）が、とてもよかったです。

　2008年に発売されたアルバム『新世界』を除く六枚のＣＤ、『レッド・ヴァイオリン』『ヴァイオリン・ミューズ』『インスティンクト』『オーロラ』『嵐が丘』『ラ・ジャポネーズ』から16曲を選んだベスト・アルバムのＣＤでは、川井さんの情熱的なヴァイオリン演奏が素敵でしたね。なかでも、「水百景」「恋のアランフェスレッド・ヴァイオリン＝v「ラスト・タンゴ・イン・パリ」「インディゴ・ワルツ」「ヴォイス・オブ・ザ・ウェイブス」の五曲がよかったなあ。惚れ惚れするような弾きっぷりに、「ＷＯＷ！」

　なお、「ザ・ヴァイオリン・ミューズ」のベースになっている二曲のうちの一曲、ヴィターリの「シャコンヌ」には、グリュミオーのヴァイオリン、カスタニョーネのピアノによる、実に美しい名演奏があります。機会がありましたら、ぜひ聴いてみてください。

川井さんの音楽をじっくりと聴いてみたいと思っていたので思いきって買いました。
クラシック音楽は皆そうだと思うのですが、川井さんのヴァイオリンも高級オーディオで聴かないとその良さを十分に満喫できないようです。私の中途半端なコンポでは少し足りない。
ビジュアル的な魅力の大きい彼女ですから、ＤＶＤのほうは満足できました。
ＤＶＤ単体もいくつか出てるようですから、これから川井さんの音楽を聴いてみようと思う人にはＤＶＤのほうがいいかもしれません。
でも、この音楽はやはりコンサートで直に聴くのが一番いいでしょうね。
