選曲は渋めかもしれません。でも、１曲目は心から愉しそうに、以降は互いの世界の異なりやわかりあえる部分がすばらしい形で曲として昇華されています。シコ・ブアルキとの「黄金の季節」（アルバム「アパッサリン」）もよかったけど、このアルバムも男性ふたりのハーモニーが素敵です。辛口のウイスキーのオンザ・ロックでも味わいながら聴きたいアルバムです。

ジョビンの数あるディスクの中でも上位に入る傑作だと思います。コンポーザーとしても超一流な二人ですが、ビタースイートなロボの声と、やや塩辛いジョビンの声が醸し出すハーモニーが絶妙。もうたまりません。有名なエリス・レジーナとの名盤の影に隠れているのがもったいないくらいで、男性同士のデュエットの味わいはまた格別の味わい。大人のボサノヴァ・デュエットのアルバムの中では必聴の一枚。一時入手困難でしたが、メモリアルイヤーのおかげで再発しています。是非是非お勧め致します。
