　本作に収録されているのはシングルとなったシャットダウンとChocoripeyesからの
収録曲を除いては第一期のメンバーの作品がメインとなっており現在のベスト版と
いうよりも旧メンバーのベスト版という感じです。
　収録曲は28曲、収録曲の中には既に入手困難な楽曲や第一期の代表作のオカルト
プロポーズや我輩ハ、殺女成リも収録されておりこの値段で入手できるのはかなり
お得です。
　但し、ジャケットはちょっと手を抜いているかな・・・。
　既に公開されている写真をフィルム上に貼り付けるだけなんて・・・。
　又、既に全ての楽曲を入手しているファンにとっては何かおまけ要素が欲しい
ですね。

このCD収録のうち、一期ヴィドールの音源は「君ヲ乗セテ」「ヒロイン」「peko-crash-trap@」の3曲のみ！です。

収録曲のCDは全て持っていたのですがついつい購入してしまいました。
自分なりに聴き比べてみた結果ですが、「…サンガコロンダ！」「透明ナカゴ」「オカルトプロポーズ」「偽リノ錠剤」「とりかぶと」「平和ノ謡」「カラクリロマンス」「逆ギレ」は、二期メンバーで『昔懐カシ人形集（総集編）』のために再録、リマスターされた音源から。
「マユラ⇔ピサロト」は三期メンバーになってからオムニバス『SHOCK WAVE CD』用に再録したものが使われています。
　　　　　　　　　　　　　
ブックレットには上述の事は書かれていませんし、製作費用を削ったのかほとんど白黒の装丁、
当時のレコーディングに参加した旧メンバーの名前すら載って無かったりと、どうにも不親切な印象を受けました。

とはいえ会場や一部店舗限定だったもの、アルバム未収録曲等が幾つかまとめて聴けるのは嬉しいですね。
お値段も、これまでのシングル等を集めるのに比べればだいぶお手頃。
ただ、個人的にはやはり一期の音源をもっと収録してほしかったところ。

入手困難な音源や、旧メンバーの時の名曲をたくさん収録してあります。
これ一枚聴くだけでヴィドールというバンドがどの様なスタイルで、またどの様な変化を遂げて
いったのか、大体の事は分かりそうです。
ベストアルバムというよりはこれから入る新しいファンに向けての参考書の様な物だと
思いました。
オカルトロマンスな楽曲をいっぺんに堪能出来ます。
