極度の潔癖症と広場恐怖症、そして確認障害までを持つ詐欺師のロイ。
いつもピリピリしていて、極度の神経質な彼。そんな彼は自分にも疲れきっていた。
しかし、詐欺の仕事をしている時だけは何故だか症状が出ない･･･。
そんな彼に娘がいる事が分かり･･･。

娘が出てきた辺りで勘が鋭い人はラストのオチに気づくんじゃないでしょうか。
自分は仕事でヘマをした辺りで気づき始めました。

ニコラス･ケイジの演技力にはかなり驚きました。
極度の潔癖症･広場恐怖症･確認障害を持ち、かなり神経質な男を見事に演じきっています。
ニコラス･ケイジのなんとも言えないダメ男っぽい顔立ちと色白さがまた良い雰囲気を出してますね。

正直、ニコラス･ケイジが出ている映画の中で、一番面白かったですね･･･。
ストーリーも面白いし、何よりもロイを演じているニコラス･ケイジが面白い（笑）。

一々、ドアを開けたり閉めたりする際に「アン･ドゥ･トロワ･･･」と数えたり、
カーペットの汚れが気になりだしたら大掃除をしないと気が済まない･･･、
そんなニコラス･ケイジの姿はなんだか滑稽です。

娘と出会い、どんどん健康になっていくロイを見ていてなんだかこちらまで嬉しくなってくる。
ラストはなんだか煮え切らない感があるけれど、ロイは新しい幸せと今までに無かった安心した生活を取り戻します。

詐欺師の映画で、サスペンス風味が強そうですが、どちらかと言えば、ヒューマンドラマのようにも感じました。
笑いもあり、家族愛もあり、サスペンスもあり、涙もあり･･･。

そしてフランクは最低（笑）。

普通かな。見てて気になったのは、やけに老けてる娘、本当に14歳かぁ?ってずっと気になってしょうがなかったが、そのもやもやは、最後に解ける!フランクは、本当に最低な男!
