【アーティストについて】
大阪生まれ。現在18歳のシンガーソングライター。
4歳でOsaka International School入学。
入学と同時にクラシックピアノを習い始め、 8歳の時、『Sister Act 2(天使にラブソングを 2)』を観て衝撃を受け、ゴスペルを習い始める。
14歳で歌のレッスンを本格的に受け始め、2004年・15歳の夏、バークレー音楽院の5週間サマープログラム(5 Weeks Summer Performance Program)に参加し、アジア人でただ1人という環境の中、色々な音楽家と接し多くの影響を受け、音楽と歌うことへの興味がさらに強くなり、自ら作詞・作曲を始める。
2006年9月に生まれ育った大阪を離れ、早稲田大学に入学。
2006年12月13日、シングル「Possession / My All For You」でデビュー。自分の夢に向かって、音楽の道を自分の意思で進んできたJYONGRI(ジョンリ)。
天性の声質を持ち、自ら作詞・作曲を手がける新世代アーティスト。

久しぶりに、もっともっといろんな曲を聴いてみたいと思う
女性シンガーに出会いました。

「マキ」のCMで流れていた〜約束〜を聴いて
ドキッとしました。

その芯が通った歌声にすぐにはまってしまいました。

Possessionのような激しい曲も、My All For Youのような聴かせる曲も、
どちらも、英語と日本語がとっても良く融合していて何の違和感もない。

不思議だ〜。

JYONGRIさんの魅力の一つですね。

スバラシイ。これからも、もっと聴かせて下さい。

デビューシングルやタイアップ曲も含まれている1stアルバム。
「Posession」を聴いた時は衝撃的で１８才という年齢に驚き
若いシンガーソングライターが沢山出てきている中で新鮮味を感じました。
このアルバムではしっとりした曲、ミディアムテンポ、
ノリのよいアップテンポナンバーなど多彩に楽しめますが
“この曲が凄くイイ！”というよりもトータル的に良いです。

彼女の声質が好きなのですが、とても安定感のある歌声で
心地よく癒されますし安心して聴くことが出来ます。
歌詞にも所々彼女ならではのセンスを感じるし将来性を感じます。
初め聴いた時気に入ったもののすぐ飽きるアルバムもありますが
こちらは長く聴けそうな気がします。
今後にまだまだ期待という気持ちも込めて☆は４で。

ＣＭでみて気になってて、Ｍステも良かったので買ってみました。
歌唱力はすごいですね。さすが宇多田ヒカルを連れてきた人が選んだだけのことはある。
ＰＶやMakingPVは良かったと思います。
