賛否両論のようですが、作ってみて、なかなか良いキットだと思いました。でも、ファンネルのギミックはいらないかなー。

一応、見た目はかっこいいんですがどうもこれまで立体化されていたHi-νとはかなり違ったアレンジなので賛否両論のようですね。元々は小説の挿絵でいまいち全体像が把握しにくかっただけに後に出たガレキの解釈が一般的なHi-νのイメージになっていたと思うのでガレキのガンプラキット化を期待していた人には今回の細身デザインは憤懣やる方無いのでしょうね。
個人的に名作だと思う1/144のガレキと比較するとまず上半身は大幅にボリュームダウンしています。フィンファンネルもよく言われているようにSEEDのフリーダム系のような感じになっています。デザインは迷彩風ファンネルから羽のような感じに変更されていますね。背部のプロペラントタンクはガレキではもう地面まで付くくらいな大きさなのに比べると半分以下に縮小されています。
他にも変更点はありますがやはり印象が違うのは上記の辺りかと思います。
自分はこれはこれでかっこいいと思うのですがやはりマイナーな出自でファンが長年地道に支持してきたMSだけに従来のユーザーを無視したバンダイの体質が問われそうな感じはあるんじゃないかと思います。

デザインに関しては他の部分に任せるものとして、それ以前に内容が
あまり良いものとは思えません。

箱の中身もスカスカで、このサイズの箱にするくらいなら、FAZZ等の6,000円クラスの
キットの箱で十分だったはずです。
加えて、不要と思われるメッキ加工やエフェクトパーツは、価格を水増ししている
だけのものと感じざるを得ないでしょう。
また、近年のMGにしては、合わせ目が露出する部分も多く、メッキパーツの部分は
何を考えているのか、ど真ん中分割になっています。
また、これはMG全般に当てはまることなのですが、相変わらず武器のパーツ割が適当過ぎます。
