カメラワークも前回以上にホールの客席やメンバーの指遣い(クラリネット等)、果てはホルンの裏側を撮っていて、ホルン吹きの私としてはご機嫌です。
｢メトロポリス｣には『へぇー、こんな演奏もあるんだ』って驚いたり。パート１はまさにVIVA!なコンサートで楽しめます。
ショスタコーヴィチの｢交響曲第５番｣を聴いた時、佐渡さんが師事されたレナード・バーンスタイン氏が２５年前にニューヨーク・フィルと東京文化会館で行った
歴史的ライヴ版に似ていると思いました。
ただひとつ残念だったのは、｢交響曲第５番｣が終わった直後に『ブラヴォー』と叫んだ人がいたこと。
賞賛の意を込めての『ブラヴォー』はクラシック界ではよくありますが、同じ人だと思うのですが前曲の｢メトロポリス｣では控えめに叫ばれていましたが、
この曲では演奏後余韻の部分でボソッと言われているので、なんだか余韻をかき消し曲を台無しにしている感じで嫌でした。

前半はくだけて楽しく、後半は真面目に、という構成です。
ステージの魅力、吹奏楽の魅力がギュっと詰め込まれていると思います。

最後はお客さんがステージにあがって、大大大合奏です！
色んな笑顔が本当に楽しそうで、音楽っていいなと思います。

ブラボー！

元吹奏族の私、元セミプロ楽団の夫には、とても大切なＤＶＤとなりました。佐渡さんが棒をふると、比較的「走る」というイメージが強かったのですが、このＤＶＤでは、まったく感じませんでした。昔の昔のそのまた昔くらいに、私と夫が同じ舞台に立って演奏した曲が数曲入っていて懐かしくもあり、素晴らしい演奏でした。
