文句なしのPOP TUNE。
YUIのメロディーメーカーとしての才能に気づきました。
「恋〜しゃちゃんだ、多分気づいてないでしょ〜」というサビメロは、心にぐさっときます。
覚えやすくて、大好きです。
今までのシングルはフォークロックの王道を歩んできましたが、本作は大幅にPOPsに路線変更してます。
YUIの声は甘いLOVESONGによく合います。
２００７年の春の代表曲は「CHE.R.RY」ですね。

最近のJ-POPはちょっと常連の同じような曲が多くて食傷気味だった。
宇多田ヒカルさんもtravelingの頃みたいな軽やかさは無く落ち着いてしまったし、女性R&Bシンガー自体飽きが来ていた。
そんな中、この曲はとにかく春にぴったりの明るさと軽やかさで文句無し。
メロディもキャッチーだし、停滞気味の日本の音楽業界に新鮮な風をもたらしたと思う。

YUIの通算８枚目のシングルです。

au「LISMO!」CMソングにも決定しており耳にする機会も増えると思います。

曲調ですが春らしくポップでちょっぴり恋心を描いた作品になっており
今までのシングルの曲調とはだいぶ趣が違うので初めて聴いたときは
「お！」と思いました。
聞き込むとイントロ部分のアレンジや美メロなど聴き所が多い曲だなと感じました。
ちょっと早口で唄うところもクセになりますね。

歌詞は「指先で送るキミへのメッセージ」「絵文字が苦手だった」と携帯を連想させるもので
タイアップとしても合っています。
かわいらしい詞でＹＵＩの世界観が今までと変わってきたなと実感しました。

曲単位としても作りこみやＹＵＩの声の使い方など聴き所も多いしタイアップとしての
完成度も非常に高いと思います。

これはオススメです。
