YUI 8thシングルはau『LISMO』CMソング「CHE.R.RY」。甘酸っぱい果実のような春のうたを贈ります。ロックンロールナンバー「Rolling star」に続く8thシングルは、au『LISMO』CMソングにも決定しているスプリングナンバー「CHE.R.RY」(チェリー)。こう表記することでスラングにある初恋、特に甘酸っぱい恋を強く意味すると言われている言葉(実際に子供たちの間ではサクランボのデザインに見立てて日記やラヴレターの文面にも多く使われているらしい)。好きな人を想う気持ちを連想する言葉として日本でもメール世代の若い層を中心に定着しつつある。"恋のはじまり"とよく似ている春という季節。少しだけまだ肌寒いけれど、新しい出来事に胸躍る日々、そして好きな人を想

最近の売れている邦楽の歌手は、品のないチャラチャラした奴ばかりだな、と嘆いているのだが、この子はそんな奴らとは違って見える。

爽やかだし、一生懸命やっている感じが伝わってくるし、邪気がない。

この曲も若者らしい爽やかさと明るさに満ちていて、よいと思う。聞いていると胸が弾んで元気がでてくる。

この子はほとんど唯一といっていいぐらい、今の邦楽界の売れている歌手の中で私が好感をもてる存在。
露骨に商業主義に走っている、インスパイヤ大好きな某売れ筋レコード会社の歌姫たちは、この子の音楽に対する姿勢を見習ってほしい。

明るい気持ちになれました。

大好き！

歌詞の「胸がキュンとせまくなる」

恋すると　その言葉の通りになります。

その歌詞にも気持ちがこもった歌い方です。

ラジオ(SOL)で聴きました〜!
サビ最後の「指先で送る君へのメッセージ」とちょっと早口で歌うのがツボです。auのCMに使われるみたいなんで、ソレも楽しみです☆
