私はKOTOKOさんを知らなかったのですが、ジャケットの銀髪に惹かれて買いました。

圧倒的なサウンドと爽快感あふれるメロディー、
そしてボ-カルの声域の高さと特徴的な声のバランスが秀逸で、
聴いているうちに楽曲の放つ世界観に引き込まれていました。

鋭く、切なく強い歌詞を独特の声で紡ぐKOTOKOさん。
壮大で爽快なグル-ヴ感の強いサウンドとメロディアスな旋律が本当に格好いいです♪

一通り聴いて、どの楽曲がタイトル曲でどれがカップリングか分からなかったほどに全曲のクォリティが高く、
またカラオケ曲もトランス音楽+ハモりの部分だけで十二分に音楽として成立していて、
5曲とも違う楽曲のように聴ける点も素晴らしく、豪華な印象を受けました。

たまたまこのページを開いた人にもオススメできる名盤だと思います。
もうこれは買うしか！

限定版のDVDに収録されているタイトル曲のPVは、
ジャケットの銀髪姿でタイトル曲を歌うKOTOKOさんが格好いいです♪

　1st albumの羽-hane-が、メジャーシーンを意識しすぎてI'veらしさに欠けるサウンドだったとするなら、Re-sublimityは「I'veらしさ」を前面に押し出したシングルだと言える。

　表題曲Re-sublimityはその好例で、散りばめられたフレーズとシーケンスの豊富さ、そして多分に装飾的な楽曲構成に「らしさ」を強く感じた。とかく豪華な構成で、長いイントロから曲の末尾まで、じっくりと楽しませてくれる。

　agonyはRe-sublimityと比較すれば、素直な曲ではあるが、幾つか仕掛けがある。例えば、途中で挿入されているブレイク。これがあまりに大胆で、一瞬、音飛びかと疑ってしまった。ラストに、初めて前面に出てきたRhodes風のエレピのフレーズとともに曲が終わるのも、ちょっと面白い。

　Suppuration-core-は、個人的にもっとも気に入った曲だ。抑圧と解放の対比が物語性を感じさせる。曲が使われているTVアニメは知らないのだが、楽曲には硬質さと重厚さに満ちている。三曲の中で唯一ギターが前面にフィーチャーされた曲。

　全体を通じて――過剰なぐらいの装飾に満ちていて、退屈することがない。その割に、繰り返し聴いても飽きが生じない。

　つまり、遊び心と緻密な計算の元に成り立った、高水準な楽曲が三つ存在するということだ。コストパフォーマンスの観点からは(そんな観点で音楽を評価するのもどうかと思うが)、お買い得だろう。

■札幌在住で音楽活動をしているKOTOKOさん。最近ラジオ等いろいろな面で活躍されてる方です。歌声もいいですし、何よりKOTOKOさんがカッコいいっス（笑。今回の曲ですが何度聴いても飽きないですし「I've」さん＆KOTOKOさんのらしがが惹き出てるCD＆DVDだと思いますｖ□Re-sublimity神無月の巫女のOPです＾＾前奏は長いですが、歌に入るとそのまま最後の最後まで引っ張って行ってくれます。駆け抜ける音楽って感じです。DVDについてはCDのジャケットのKOTOKOさんが出てきます。白の世界で幻想チックですよー□agonyRe-sublimityのカップリング曲です。優しい感じが出ています。詩がとてもいいです！c/w（？）は気に入らない曲やあまりいい感じの曲がない。と言った感じだった今までですがこのCDを聴いて驚きました。□Suppurasion-core-こちらもカップリング曲です＾＾ノリが良くってカッコいいですよ！詩にストーリー性を感じます。この３曲に２曲カラオケが付いてそしてPVの入ったDVDも付いて。となると買わずにはいられません！！（笑。PVに興味を持った方はお早めに買った方が宜しいかと思います。初回限定版なので☆今回のCDは今まで買ってきた中で一番良いCDかと思われます。人によって感じ方はそれぞれですが、「何かカッコいい曲ある？」と聞かれましたら私は絶対このCDを勧めます＾＾このCDを聞いて「あ！いいなー」と思った方は「羽-hane-」などのアルバムも是非購入を考えてみてはいかがでしょうか！
