体脂肪が気になりだしてヘルシア緑茶を始めようかと思い、実際飲んでみると苦くてとても続けられないと思った方はいらっしゃいませんか？
ヘルシア緑茶350mlと同量の茶カテキンがこのヘルシアウォーターには含まれている上、グレープフルーツ味のスポーツ飲料風になっているため遥かに飲みやすくなっています。（甘いものを食べてから飲んだり、すぐに飲みこまず長く味わってると渋みは出てきますが）
このヘルシアウォーターなら長く続けやすいと思います。
ヘルシア緑茶にも言えるんですが値段がもう少し安ければ良いのですが…。

このヘルシアシリーズは周りの口コミに影響されて飲んでみたくなりました
その当時はこのヘルシアウォーターが新発売の時期でとても興味が沸き、すぐ買って飲んでみました。

残念ながら大げさかもしれませんが自分の中では究極に不味いと思いました、
まぁそれでもその当時、体重を気にしていたこともあり、運動をする前などには欠かさず飲んでいました、
もちろん効き目はありましたよ、でもこの不味さとはどうしても仲良くなれそうもないのでもう飲んでません。

味はグレープフルーツがベースでアクエリアスのような味で一口目は「けっこういけるかも」と思います、しかし2口目あたりからヘルシア独特の苦さが襲ってきます
この苦さとフルーツはまずあうことはないです、スポーツ飲料感覚にしたのかもしれませんが苦みが強く耐えられなくなりました
後味もその苦さが口に広がり、悪すぎます。

フルーツベースの味とヘルシアの苦さの相性がかなり悪いと思われます。

たぶんもう飲みません。

ヘルシア緑茶を以前飲んで苦いなと思って、こちらを飲んでみました。フルーツ味なので飲みやすいけど、やはり少し苦味があります。
