前回のアルバムと比べると進歩はあったかと思ったかな。
でも,もうちょっと何かプラスになるものが欲しかったかも･･･。

全体的に安定してて聴きやすいｹﾄﾞ,
なにか物足りないって感じです。
多分,曲調が似てるのが多いからかなって思います。

でも,私は好きですよｯｯ♪１･３･５･･･後２曲目の爽やかな感じの曲も良かった。
特に３曲目はｶｯｺｲｲねｯｯ!!!新鮮な感じですず気に入りましたｯｯ★
このアルバムの中で１番良いですヨｯｯ★

待望のnewアルバムは・・・前作に比べてかなりソフトです。
前作はデビュー作という理由もあったのでしょうが、かなり気迫に満ちた好盤でした。
あのハードな音を今作に期待すると、間違いなく拍子抜けします。

何だろ？何かやたらと”キラキラ”というか”シャラシャラ”というか
「綺麗綺麗」した音作りが目立ちます。アコースティックギターの多用も気になりますね。
彼女の声質に、ヘヴィな音だったから前作が良かったのであって
綺麗な声に綺麗な音では・・・ちょっと勿体無いな〜。
もう少し、ギターにデストーションを効かせて重みのある音にすれば
もっといいアルバムになったと思うのに。

曲自体は決してクオリティが低いわけでは無く、調理の仕方に少しばかり
”スパイス”が足りなかったのかな〜と思います。
歌詞については、「愛だ、恋だ」歌っていなくて好感が持てますね。
少しばかり暗い感じの歌詞が多いです。

クリスタル・マイヤーズがロック色を強めて良作を生み出したように
アナ・ジョンソンにも、もう少しロックして欲しいのが本音ではあります。

でも、ライブを観たいな〜と思わせてくれたので☆４つです。

”ロックの歌姫”的な表現をされるアーティストだが、前作The Way I Amも含めて、
Pop・Rockと表現するのがふさわしいかもしれません。
ですが、その伸び伸びとして開放的な楽曲、外見からは想像も付かないくらい綺麗な歌声、
こういう人こそ歌姫と呼ばれるべき。
ヨーロッパの人なので、アメリカのロックアーティストとは感じが違います。
ヨーロッパ特有というか、なんというか、うるさいと感じることはないでしょう。

今作は前回のアルバムを買っている人が少し物足りなさを感じるのは無理もないと思います。
実際、前作ほど勢いがないし、落ち着いた曲が多いのも確か。
まだ聞いたことがない人で気になるならThe Way I Amを聴いてみるといいです。
購入判断はショップで全部視聴するのがベストかも。
試聴するなら以下がオススメ。

8. Days Of Summer
14. If I'm Not Dreaming

Days Of Summerは名曲です。歌詞にも共感できる。
それから、国内盤を買うのを勧めます。
Bonus Trackがすごくいい。
特に14. If I'm Not Dreamingが。
