保冷力もまあまです。もちろん、真空サーモボトルのように５時間以上保つということは無理ですが。
内筒が取り外しできるので、見た目より容量は少なくなりますが、衛生的です。
また、開閉式のキャップが有る点も汚れが付着しにくいので助かります。
ただ、外筒の材質なのかどうかはわかりませんが、ボトルケージの跡が付いてきます。
全体的にお奨めです。

ボトルとしては普通な感じですが，飲み口の直ぐ下の部分が狭くなっていて，氷とかを入れるのは難しそうです．
当然洗うのも難しい・・・

なによりも困るのが，ボトルの径が少し小さく，ボトルケージに入れてもぐらつきます．

自転車での使用には向かないでしょう．

気温28度くらいの日に2時間程使用しました。
自販機で買ったスポーツドリンクに氷を入れて使用しましたが、
1時間半くらいの間は氷は残っていました。
走行中に飲むのに特に問題はありませんが、ボトルが2重耕造になっているため
本体を握る時に普通のボトルと比べると多少硬い感じはあります。
氷を入れていたこともありますが、500CCのペットボトル飲料は7〜8割程度しか
移し替えることが出来ませんでした。
冷たい飲み物を入れてもすぐにぬるくなる従来のボトルと違い、サーモボトルは
冷たいものは冷たいままなので走行中に飲んでも凄く快適です。
