8ヶ月ぶりのシングルは安室ちゃんとの相性バッチリのNao'ymtによるプロデュース。
個人的には彼女のクールなダンスナンバーの方が好きなのですが
明るく爽やかな幸福感溢れるミディアムテンポの曲でとても心地よい。
PVもシンプルでナチュラルながらカッコよく仕上がっています。

c/w｢Nobody｣は’０５のクリスマスシーズンにリリースされた
｢White Light｣の続編という事でふんわりと優しく温かい曲となっています。
クールな安室ちゃんも素敵ですがナチュラルでキュートな彼女も素敵で
ポジティブになれるし聞き飽きない作品だと思いました。
年を重ねるごとに魅力を増しているところがカッコイイ…。

　今回のシングル「Baby Don’t Cry 」はc/wの「Nobody」は、作詞・作曲ともにアルバム「Queen of Hip-Pop」にも参加し美声を聞かしたNao'ymtの手によるもの。
タイトルトラックの「Baby Don’t Cry 」は、すでにフジテレビ系ドラマ「ヒミツの花園」のテーマ曲として耳なじみがあるかと。キラキラとしたミディアムテンポのＰＯＰなトラックと、朝陽の光を浴びてポジティブに前に進めるように背中を押してくれるようなポジティブなメッセージが感じられる爽快感溢れるチューン。
　一転して「Nobody」では、2005年のクリスマスを彩った「White Light」のアンサーソング。楽曲で描かれていた２人の行方が気になった人には必聴!?
　
　同梱のPVは、早朝の表参道〜代々木あたりを光へ目指して前へ前へと颯爽と歩く安室ちゃんのカッコよさが楽しめる映像です。

一見、テンポが明るいのでもう超前向きな歌詞を並べた歌詞かと思いきや、けっこう現実的な歌詞っぽいですね。安室ちゃんの歌手として、人間としての重みがあるからこそ
歌える曲なんだと思います。アップテンポな曲なんだけどなんだか考えさせられました。
でも、深い歌詞だからこそ、バラードで聞かせてほしい気もしますねっ。
