ビリーズブートキャンプ（２００５年版）からビリーのトレーニングを始めて３ヶ月になりました。ブートキャンプ（２００５年版）→ブートキャンプエリート（２００６年版）と消化し、もっと違った内容を試したくて購入しました。
Tae Boはバンド無しですが、しんどい！という評判を聞いていました。
内容は４４分、実際に試してみた感想は非常に効率の良い有酸素運動プログラムだと感じました。今は１日のトレーニングメニューに必ずTae Bo: Get Celebrity Fit Cardioを１セット組み込んでいます。
ブートキャンプの各トレーニングメニューはわりと筋肉を強化するプログラムが中心で、そちらに比重を置いて鍛えたい場合はそれで構わないと思います。ただ、１日にカロリーを多く摂取した時等、脂肪になる前に短時間で集中して燃焼させたい場合Tae Bo: Get Celebrity Fit Cardioは非常に有効な有酸素運動プログラムだと言えます。
動作の流れは、まず最初の５分を軽いストレッチ（ジャブやジャンピングジャックなどの軽い体操・間接や手足の柔軟）、次にパンチ中心のボクササイズメニューが約１５分間（ブートキャンプにない新しい動作がいくつかありますがほとんど経験済みの動作）、その後キック中心のコンビネーション動作を２０分（ブートキャンプにはない複数の動作を組み合わせる動き、例えば左膝けり２回→左サイドキック→左パンチ）、最後に５分程度のストレッチ
+ビリーの話という内容です。再生と同時にいきなり動きっぱなしでテンポとしては動作間のインターバル（ウォーキングなど）はほぼ無く、動作のスピードもブートキャンプの倍のスピードです。トレーニング中級〜上級者向けの内容だと思います（字幕はないですが、会話の内容は大体わかると思います）ので、ブートキャンプで基礎動作を学ばれた人向けだと思います。リズムは大変のりのりで、ビリーがだんだんハイテンションになっていくので、動作についていく事ができればかなり楽しんでエクササイズができると思います。

ビリーズブートキャンプが一通り終わって何か違うプログラムはないかな？
と思いこのDVDを買いました。

ビリーバンドを使わないからと甘く見ていましたが・・。

楽しいのは何故なんだろう。。
ビリーもテンション高めで歌を歌ってるし！！
こちらもノリノリになってきます。

ビリーは凄いですよね。
三日坊主の私がビリーに出会ってから3ヶ月は運動続いてる。

最近はTae Bo　ばっかりです。。

ショップジャパンの4枚組みで入隊して3ヶ月で、体力、筋力は付き、引き締まったけど、
体脂肪はあまり減りませんでした。有酸素運動のものが欲しくて、
FavoriteMoveを購入してとても楽しく、体脂肪も減ったので、違うTaeboも欲しくて、
sculptと同時に購入しました。Favoriteより、少々ハードですが、スカルプトより、
こっちが好き！ブートキャンプの基本、応用はしんどいけど、最終では物足りない人に
ピッタリ。私は筋トレはダンベルでゆっくりじっくりやりたいので、
ダンベル、Taebo（有酸素）、腹筋（ビリーと他2本）をそれぞれ週2回以上やりました。
変化のなかった体脂肪率が5％も下がり喜んでます。ブートキャンプで言えば、基本が好きなら
スカルプト。最終が好きならこっちの方が楽しいと思います。スカルプトももちろん気に入ってます。
いくらビリーファンでも同じものは10回連続でやれば少々飽きるので、気分体力に応じて、
何枚も持ってると、やる気のない日でも、チャンネルを買える感覚で毎日やれます。
3枚ともとても良いと思いますが、運動をした事がない人やしばらく体を動かしてない人には、
お勧めし難いですね。エアロビクスの中級〜上級のクラスに付いて行けるか、
ブートキャンプで基本の動作が出来て、体力的にもそこそこ付いて行けて、
最終プログラムの前半の動きのできる人でないと厳しいかも。
最終の前半より動きはフクザツで難しいのですが、それがすごく楽しい！
出来ない動きができるようになる達成感もあります。ゲームの楽しさに似てます。
バレエなどの難しい動きではありませんので、ラジオ体操ができるなら、ゆっくりなら
誰でも出来ると思います。でも、早いので、筋力は必要ですね。
3枚とも、大好きで毎日楽しくやってます。
