まだ数日しかたってはいませんが（＾＾；
生活が変わりました。

ちょっとした階段なら登っていこうとか、
時間があるからタクシー拾わないで歩いていこう、とか。

数歩計は結構薄くて、
ポケットに入れていてもカウントされるので使いやすいです。

10秒以内の動きはカウントされないので
座っていて歩数が増える、ということが少なくていいですが、
数歩単位での動きの多い人には不向きかもしれないです。

10秒以上の継続した動きは
1秒目からさかのぼってカウントされるらしいですが、
ちょっとわかりにくいので気になる方はメーカーの
ホームページを参照されてから購入された方がいいかもしれません。

前回の『てくてくエンジェル』と今回のＤＳ版の違いは
グラフで日々の推移が一目瞭然でわかること、
カロリー計算が簡単にできること、
ジェル君の育ち方が増えたこと、でしょうか。

歩数を実際のコース距離に換算してくれるゲームは、
「東海道」「北海道」「パリ散策」など色々あって面白いです。

普段の生活では出不精の私が、外出しようかな、と思うきっかけを
つくってくれるゲームなので、個人的にはおすすめです。

てくてくエンジェルがDSと連携できるようになって復活!ということで早速買ってきました。
以前の横型ではなく縦型になった万歩計はスリムでいい感じですが単体ではポケットにいれておくしかないのでクリップがついたストラップが必要かも。
食事のカロリー計算のところもおおまかなものしか入力されていないので、自分用にカスタマイズしないといけません。が、自分で設定できるメニュー数には限りがあるので注意が必要。もう少し細かく設定できるともっと身近になるんだけどなー。おしい。
DSとの連携はてくてくエンジェル本体に表示されるパスワードをDSに入力することによって行われます。昔のドラクエの復活の呪文みたいな感じ。
万歩計なので身につけていると「歩こう」という気持ちになるのがなにより。
毎日身につけてできるだけ歩いていろんなキャラクターを見て、歩く習慣をつけたいです。

万歩計を色々探しており、面白そうな商品だったので購入！
エンジェルがいろんな生物(？)に変化していくのは、とても可愛くて面白いです。
しかし、DSのソフトは値段の割りにイマイチ。
ソフトには歩数、体重、体脂肪率、食事が入力できます。
また、グラフ化して見れるというのは嬉しい！

しかし、食事の記録がまったく使えません。
ソフト内にあるメニューから食べたものを選び、カロリーを自動計算できるようになっていますが、
食べた量が違う場合はカロリーを正確に計算できません。
ちなみに、カロリーよりも現在は栄養バランスを気にするようになっている時代ですので、
この食事記録は改善がとても必要と思われます。

万歩計との連動という発想はとてもよいので、これから改訂版を販売し、現在のDSソフト購入者にはDSステーションなどでソフトのアップデートができるようなサービスを提供していってもらうと嬉しいなと思いました。
