不味いとのレビューがあったので、ちょっと心配しましたが、
私には、濃厚で美味しい味でした。
ココア味よりも飽きない味なので、バニラを続けてみます。

たしかに粉っぽいですが個人的には味もおいしく、
満腹感も結構あります。
ココアよりバニラの方が好きですかね。
一ヶ月ぐらい一食置き換えをしてウェストは確かに細くなりました。
晩御飯を置き換えると効果大やと思います。

スキムミルクに溶かしてます。
どっちも粉。だから、ミキサー使うと
とろりと感触よく仕上がります。
甘みもちょうどよく、後味も悪くないです。
毎月１〜２回やっている週末プチ断食での貴重な
タンパク源。
毎月１〜２キロ、簡単に減るし、このプロティンのお陰で
栄養不足にもならないみたいで、体は快適です。

イチゴ、ココア、バニラの全て試しましたが、味に関しては一番苦手だと思われたバニラ味が一番美味しかった。他のものより早く溶けて粉っぽくもなかったです。

バニラって癖ありますよね、牛乳に混ぜても水に混ぜてもキツかったです。
