レースゲームでなくドライブゲーム。
１秒を削るストイックさはないが、クリアしようと思うと丁寧に走らなければならない。難易度は高いが慣れれば何とかなる程度だ。
アウトラン2とアウトラン2SP、２つのバージョンが収録されていてお得。
お気に入りのコースを探す楽しみもある。
滝のコースや、マチュピチュみたいなコースは最高だ。
美しいグラフィックと音楽に、初代アウトランを思い出す。

ゲームを起動させて、出てくる車がフェラーリだらけでびっくり。
徹底的にフェラーリ。
万歳するしかねぇ！！

ゲーム内容は、正直難易度を下げてもタイム制限は結構シビアです。
私が下手なだけかもしれませんが。

この作品の走っている地域は海岸あり、ジャングルあり、雪原あり、石油地帯、果ては砂漠ありと、
地球上どこにも存在しないような気もしますが、大変色々な美しい風景の中を走るというのは爽快です。
ああ、これがアウトランはレースゲームではなくて、ドライブゲームと言われた要因なのだな、と感じました。

あと、とにかくもうドリフトを全面肯定している姿勢は素晴らしいです。
もう、軽くブレーキとステアリングを切るだけでズギャァァァァァァっと。
下手したらずっと横向いたままコースを走りきれます。
素晴らしい。
素晴らし過ぎる。

あと、この作品を買う時は必ず初回版を買いましょう。
付属のアルバムもとっても素敵でイカス。
コースも大変多いので長く楽しめるのではないかと。

皆様も頑張ってフェラーリ買い占めましょう。

アウトランナーズでハマったのでこのソフトを買いました。
ゲームセンターではこれをプレイしていなかったのですが
画像はかなりキレイに感じました。BGMも旧アウトランの曲や
アレンジバージョン等、アップテンポ、スローテンポな曲
てんこ盛りで気分に合わせてドライブでき、何度でも楽しめそうです。

操作も最近の凝ったレースゲームに比べて比較的簡単かと思いますので
初心者でもプレイしやすいでしょう。素敵な初回限定CDも付いているのでお得です。

マイナス要素は特に見当たりませんが欲を言うならランナーズの曲も入れて欲しかった。
