値段が安かったから、失敗してもいいやって気持ちで初めてこの手の商品を購入しましたが、ブルブルの振動のすごさに驚きました。
使い始めて２日目ですが、腹筋した後に似た筋肉痛が若干お腹に残ります。
またベルト部分がしっかりしているので、長く使えそうです。
難点というなら、アマゾン側ですね。
これ、梱包されずにパッケージのまんま届きましたｗｗ
長いことアマゾンを利用してますが、初めてですね、梱包されずに来たの…。
かなり恥ずかしかったです…。

今日で使い始めて６日目。
効いています。

全体に痩せているのですが、お腹だけぽっこりしてきたのが、とても気になっていました。
思い切ってクリックして購入。（送料無料が決めてでした）

初日、二日目は、他の方が書かれているように「かゆみ」が気になりました。
他にも「こんなに揉まれて内臓は平気かしら」とか、心配しました。

６日目の今日、使い終わった後に鏡の前でお腹をへこませてみました。
あら、、、ちゃんとお腹が胃よりも凹んでいる♪
そうです、今までは一生懸命にへこませても少々出っ張っていたのです。
使い心地も気持ち良く感じられるようになりました。

私は下記のようにして慣れて行きました。
・初日、二日目は手動で一番軽くして動かす。
・３日目から自動で動かす。
・５・６日目からは、動かす時にお腹に少々力を入れて動かす。

このお値段でしたらお試しで使ってみてもＯＫですね。ラッキーでした。

ものスゴイ振動です。　　充電式ではないので、使用中コードが邪魔ですが、それ以外の面では満足しています。
　肩にあてて振動させたら、肩こりにもききました。
