   ばらスィーの原作を元に、女子短大生と4人の超個性的小学生少女たちが繰り広げる、ゆるーいコミカル人気TVアニメ・シリーズの後を受けて製作された待望のOVAシリーズ第2弾。第2話「いつも。」は、まさに本作の中でまったりと息づくキャラクターたちのいつもの日常が、ストーリーを書けと言われても困ってしまうほどに淡々と、そして独特の間合いでおもしろおかしく捉えられており、作画のクオリティも含めて前巻以上の仕上がりとなっている。前半部はお騒がせ少女・美羽（折笠富美子）のドラキュラ・コスプレと千佳（千葉紗子）とのやりとりがケッ作。中盤は気弱なHP2の茉莉（川澄綾子）への信恵（生天目仁美）のなごみ萌えが楽しいが、その後またもHP127美羽のテンションが高まりまくる。次回も超期待！ なおオーディオコメンタリーは川澄綾子とアナ役の能登麻美子。途切れない会話に思わずこちらも聞き入ってしまった。（増當竜也）

正直一巻で原作のネタはほぼ使い切ってしまった感があったので、どうなるのか少し心配でしたが、
ほぼオリジナルであるのに、一巻と比べて格段に面白くなっています。
やはり美羽がよく動くと面白くなると感じました。

今巻にてTVシリーズの雰囲気はほぼ完全に再現出来たと言えるでしょう(一巻は少し戸惑っている感がありました)
五人の接点も増え、ファンの要望に応える作りになっています。
作画も安定してきましたし、何よりストーリー構成が上手いので
個人的にはTVシリーズでも評価の高い「真夏日」などに匹敵するほどのクオリティかと思います。
一巻の出来でも満足でしたが、今回はあらゆる点でパワーアップしていますね。

既に一般的な評価も非常に高く出ており、実際に視聴してもやはり良作だと思える
典型だと思いますので、是非購入される事をオススメします。
27分と何気に前巻に比べ収録時間が長くなっているのも魅力です。

最終巻にも期待出来そうです。

1巻は個人的には「もうちょっとかな？」という内容だったのですが、この2巻は大満足です。
コンテは大畑清隆で、やはりこの方は見事！（処理は1巻に引き続きおざわかずひろ）
作画に関しても、キャラがこなれてきた感じがしますし、また美羽を中心にとてもよく動いています。
この2巻は、間違いなくお勧めできます。非常に面白いです。

『苺ましまろ』OVAシリーズ第2話を収録したDVDです｡
大学生1人と小学生4人の女の子達の日常を楽しく､シュールに描いた物語です｡
美羽が一人意味不明に弾ける描写がクール｡何度も何度も､のされる姿がとっても滑稽で楽しめます｡

第2話｢いつも｡｣★★☆☆☆3/10点
　美羽がどうでもいい話題を持ち込むことで周囲を困惑､混乱させるシュールさが　
　際立っていますが､尺の間の取り方が長すぎて待ちくたびれてしまう場面が多々ありました｡
　自分にはどうも観ていて疲れてしまったのが残念｡しかし､いつもはスローでダメな子の典型
　茉莉が何気に彼女の強引さに的確な反撃をもたらしていたのが好感触｡
　特に､中段蹴りに見事なニーキックを合わせる場面は必見です｡ナイスカウンター｡
