在校生が幻覚に襲われて倒れる事件が連続して起こった学校へ調査のためにある一家が潜入するというお話です。

今まで『ルール』シリーズは都市伝説を扱ったホラー物という風に認識していたのですが、本作ではお気楽スパイ物に変貌しています。
冒頭のクレジットで訳の分からない調査機関の説明が出てきた時点で賢明な人はこれから１００分以上続く苦痛を予測するでしょう。

オリジナルは全く関係ないにもかかわらず、邦題ではいかにもシリーズ物のように装う「邦題マジック」がいかにも匂う作品です。
対象年齢を中学生あたりまで下げればまだ許容範囲でしょうか。

出演キャラクターを全くたてない突っ走ったストーリー！
ロマンス、ホラー、パニック、サスペンス、何でも詰め込んだごったMIX！
最初から最後までとことんB級を貫く！
B級映画が好きならこれは見るべきだ！
