クリスタル・ケイの魅力溢れる傑作バラードです！！
彼女のボーカルの素晴らしさは、聴くものを魅了しますね。
北海道スキー旅行のＡＮＡ機内ポップチャンネルで聴いて、
すぐに気に入りました。
これもまた背筋ふるわすバラードの一曲となりました！！

CDショップで流れているのを聞き、買って帰り部屋でヘッドフォンで聞きました。

きっと多くの人が経験したであろう、自分にとって一番に大切な存在だった人との別れ。
そんな人への想いを情感にみちた表現で歌いきっています。

良く言えば、出だしは耳になじむ曲調で、とりとめがないと感じましたが、
サビの部分から、この曲の世界に一気に引き込まれました。

良くも悪くも、私にとってこの曲は琴線に触れる存在です。
よって星四つとさせて頂きます。

何度も繰り返し聞き、いろいろと思い返し、涙が出てしまいました。

まちがいなく、私の「大好きな曲」のひとつです。

'０６は学業に専念していたCrystal Kayですが今年は積極的に活動されるようで
「Kirakuni/Together」以来約１年ぶりのシングルとなる今作は２ヶ月連続リリースの弟１弾。
松本潤の映画初主演作となる「僕は妹に恋をする」エンディング・テーマとなっています。
タイトル曲は壮大なバラードで結ばれなかった恋をしっとりと歌いあげています。
PVフル視聴しましたがとてもシックな雰囲気で素敵でした。
ただ個人的には彼女のバラードよりグルーヴ感のある曲の方が好みです。
C/W「As One」はJ-WAVE 2006年クリスマスキャンペーンソングとなっています。

２月には２ヶ月連続リリース第２弾となるシングル「こんなに近くで...」が
リリース予定されており、こちらはアニメ『のだめカンタービレ』エンディング・テーマ
となっています。今年は活動が盛んなようで嬉しい。
