この前のアルバムFRUITS CLiPPERで、ネオ渋谷系の呪縛から逃げ出したcapsule。
このアルバムは、その前作に輪をかけてハードなクラブミュージックになっています。
もはやcapsuleは完全にファンの手を離れ、中田ヤスタカが自分の好きなことをやる場所です。
その暴走はとどまるところを知らず、前作で帯に成り下がった歌詞カードが完全に消えたばかりか、Tr9に至っては、ついにこしじまとしこをヴォーカルから外すというcapsuleのアイデンティティーを揺るがしかねない（笑）暴挙にまで及びます。

しかし、そうやって生み出された新たなcapsuleの曲は、それまでの作風を捨て去ったことを補ってあまりあるものであると感じました。
疾走感あふれるキラーチューンであるTr(1+)2、クラブポップの新境地とも言えるTr4、スタイリッシュな音でファンタジーと現実の間を歌うTr10など、
ネオ渋谷系だったころには絶対に生み出せない名曲が収録されています。

かわいらしいcapsuleはもはや過去のものですが、そのかわりにかっこいいcapsuleがいます。
是非、部屋の中でなく、自転車をこぎながら、高速を走りながら、このアルバムを聴いてみてください。
きっと、体の中にスッと入って行くと思います。

Electronica/Danceのコンテクストで聴く人は、マッシヴなグルーヴと華やかなサウンドの奔流を存分に楽しむことができる。フロアを強く意識した構成になっているようで、アルバム全体がうまくまとめられている。その中でも冒頭からSugarless Girlへの流れは特に快感が強く、そのままの勢いに乗って最後まで聴ける。

逆に、ラウンジっぽい軽さ＆オシャレさを期待してるのなら、たぶんヘヴィすぎて気に入らないんじゃないだろうか。古くからcapsuleを追いかけてきた人たちにとって、このあたりの辛口具合（？）はまさにSugarlessだと思う。

タイトル曲はこれまでのcapsuleの持つキュートさを残していて、どちらのファンも楽しめるだろう。

　同年リリースの「FLASH BACK」に比べると、このアルバムの音の方が歌モノ比率が高い。中田ヤスタカはクラブ・フロア系の音を志向するミュージシャンの中では、抜群に歌モノ・メロディが上手いのと、ギター心を持っているところが強みなのだと思うけど、この作品はそんな彼の個性が効果的に出た作品だと思う。

　ネイティブ・シンガーをフューチャーした英語曲も良いが、こしじまとしこの歌声がハマりまくった「Starry sky」「Sugarless GiRL」「Spider」「Secret Paradise」は、一聴の価値ありの佳曲だ。歌モノとイケイケ・テクノのバランスが取れた本作品は、2008年上半期時点で、彼らのキャリア上最も良くできた作品だと思う。
